    A cafe located between Omuro Ninnaji Temple and Myoshinji Temple. Their menu is a relaxed affair that's easy on the body and very popular. They use non GMO soybeans and an antioxidant oil that prevents heartburn. They offer two different lunch plate options, one with grated yam and the other with okara soy pulp croquettes, both of which come with five grain rice. Their side dish menu includes tofu skin and tofu and they also offer daily cakes and drinks.

    年配の女性と３０代の女性の二人（親子でしょうか？）でやっていましたが、あからさまに感じの悪い娘？と、客によって態度を変えるオーナーのおばさん、それに我が物顔の常連がカウンターでワイワイやってて、あまりいい雰囲気じゃなかったです。

    A Japanese-style confectioner with a long history that first opened in 1802. The shop makes small bath, hand-made confections and is the purveyor for both Ninnaji Temple and Jingoji Temple, a sub temple of Myoshinji Temple. Their Kinugasa sweet is a gentle blend of sugar and starch and comes from a tale in ancient folklore when the Emperor Uda hung a white cloth over a pine tree to imitate the beauty of the snowscape covering the midsummer Mt. Kinugasa.

    Located approximately five minutes on foot from JR Sagano Line’s Hanazono Station, this restaurant was founded in 1962 as a purveyor for Myoshin-ji Temple, and is located in front of the gate to Myoshin-ji Temple. The tatami floor seating area has an appearance of elegant simplicity with decorations of calligraphy by priests and Zen paintings on the fusuma. The menu is based on shojin ryori (traditional vegetarian Buddhist cuisine) and guests can enjoy a multi-course style shojin ryori banquet which uses seasonal ingredients. The Fuchidaka Bento lunch, which is limited to the lunch-time only menu, is recommended. Here one can enjoy true shojin ryori that is beautifully arranged with the vegetables in season that month all at reasonable prices.

    Located in Kyoto's Ukyo Ward near Ninnaji Temple, Omuro Sanowa is a cafe focused on Japanese tea. The atmosphere is dignified and mature, with modern and stylish interior decor and large screens made of washi paper. The cafe serves seven varieties of tea from Japan and other countries, and each cup is brewed individually, using Kyoto's famous water. The most popular sweets eaten with tea are Viennese baked sweets and azuki rolled cake. Tea leaves and carefully chosen variety goods are favorite Kyoto souvenirs.

    Goshitsu Sanowa is a very pleasant little place to visit for tea and desserts. The desserts were elegantly simple and delicious.

    以前は多く定食的なこの店舗だけののメニューがあったので遠くからもお客さんが来ていましたが、今は普通のメニューになってしまい、近隣の方だけのようです。餃子の焼き方も店員さんによって違うので、味が一定しません。

    This restaurant serves tasty food with a variety of salads and drinks. We ate there twice and enjoyed ourselves quite a lot. The chicken was the better portion. The flavored rice was good as well

    蓮を見に「法金剛院」行った帰りのランチです。花園に来たら寄ってしまいます。今回は「生ニンニク」をトッピングしてみました。パンチが効いて美味しいです。そして、地元らしき方の食べ方を真似してみてもｇｏｏｄです。テーブルセットの一味唐辛子を絨毯のようにかけます、あまり辛くない唐辛子なので、このくらいがちょうど良いと思います。 強いて言うと、価格が京都価格です（少しだけ高いですね）

    夫婦で段取り良く動いたはります。和食から洋食まで、美味しい食事処です。お酒も豊富に有り、店主のこだわりが伝わって来ます。いつ行っても感じの好い常客さんと話しが盛り上がります。嵐電の龍安寺駅から５分程の距離ですが、つい長居をしてしまい帰りはタクシーです。 残念ながら２月はお休みするとか。電話確認が必要です。
