    Nosaka opened as a Japanese style restaurant in 2000. It restyled itself as a miso pork-bowl shop in 2008, and since has become the home of miso pork-bowl. This exquisite dish is made with pork marinated in Chichibu’s famed miso, then roasted over a charcoal flame, laid over specially selected rice and topped with the house’s special soy-based sauce.

    たまたま近くで昼食を取ろうと、知らないで行ったのですが有名人が訪問している有名な豚丼屋さんでした。 味が濃くて、「おいしい！」の一言に尽きました。

    This shop, founded in 1916 in Ogano Town, Chichibu County, Saitama Prefecture, is the birthplace of Chichibu’s famed Waraji Katsudon pork cutlet bowl. This dish includes a satisfying portion of pork cutlet with a shoyu-based sauce. Not only is it tasty and filling, but the reasonable price is attractive, too. People come from all over to enjoy this famous dish.

    家族で5年ぶりに食べに行きましたが、店内に入ること猫のおしっこ臭い匂いが漂っていました。 味は、油身の多いかつでした。家族は二度と行かないと言っていました。 味より店内と接客を考えた方がいいですね。

    This biker cafe on Prefectural Route 209 in a renovated antique storehouse that was once part of a bank has preserved its traditional look. The shop's interior has numerous bikes and displays of various motorcycle related goods, making it a huge hit with motorcycle lovers. Their most popular food item is a nikudon meat on rice dish that they inherited from a shop that was once next door. They keep its esteemed Ogano flavor alive while adding their own twist. In summertime their enormous servings of shaved ice, made of spring water from Mt. Bishamon and homemade syrup made from local wine, and local fruit, are popular.

    "A cafe situated along Prefectural Route 284 in Kamihinozawa, Minano Town, Chichibu County. Operating out of a closed mountain branch school building, the cafe serves foods such as the ""Tenku no Chimaki,"" kakuni stewed meat cubes steamed in a bamboo leaf with rice; and the ""Tenku Burger."" The cafe also serves frozen pineapple ice cream, fruit baumkuchens, and drinks made with the area's superb spring water. In addition, there's an adjoining barbecue ground where customers can purchase or rent everything they need to enjoy a tasty cookout. Situated 550 meters above sea level, the surrounding scenery is also superb."

    のどかな時間を味わいに行くにはとてもいい。 ただし、しばらくは沢山の人が集まってくる様で テレビの力は凄い。 今回はドリンク以外売り切れていたので、アイスコーヒーを頂いて帰って来た。 人気が高いので午前中が狙い目。 山の上の方にあり途中道が狭いので注意が必要です。中々たどり着かないので心配になるが、峠の頂上目指し進めばいいのです。 次はチマキを味わいたいです。

    テレビで紹介されたお店で、来るたびに行列ができています。 当日も結構並んでいる方がいました。 こちらに来るたび、並んでいる風景が名物になりつつあります。 やはり女性の方の姿が多いですね。 暑い夏にはピッタリのかき氷です。 長瀞駅からのアクセスも良く、訪れやすいお店だと思います。

    This soba shop is located in Arakawa Hino, Chichibu City. They grow their own buckwheat in fields in Chichibu and mill their own flour. Every day they produce 50 servings of handmade soba noodles, from which the shopkeeper samples one, so they have a limit of 49 servings per day. From early February and early August, they also offer kanzarashi (cold washed) soba for a month-long period.

    秩父に行く時には必ず寄ります。 山の中にあって、最初に行く時は本当にあるのかちょっと不安になるかも。 お蕎麦は今回は寒ざらしを頂きました。今回も大変美味しかったです。 お店の方もみなさん良い方です。

    長瀞一泊旅行の二日目、某氷屋さんの本店にふらりと行って、ちょうどお昼時になったので、電車に乗る前にお昼にしました。朝食からそれ程経ってなかったので、温かいお蕎麦をいただきました。天ぷらが人気のようで、周囲の方はみんな天ぷら＋冷たい蕎麦でした。お値段は高くも安くもなく？という感じです。隣の氷屋さんのかき氷と同じくらいの値段です。

    昭和の純喫茶の雰囲気。早くから空いていてありがたい。店内は懐かしい雰囲気ながら清潔で、トイレもシャワートイレでした。洋食のメニューが豊富で、ちゃんと手作りなので美味しい。今度は人気のナポリタンを食べてみたい。
