The ranch focuses on low-stress raising, from meals to breeding environments, and they sell their fresh milk for all to enjoy right here. Their pure milk soft serve ice cream doesn't use any cream or butter, and they make sweets with low-sourness ""dedepopo"" yoghurt, made with only fresh milk, that soothe body and soul. Since they sell their products at the workshop even when the cafe is closed, you can stop by for cheese, milk, custard pudding, and more most any day. A natural and lovely looking log house-style farm restaurant located in Shikaoi Town, Kato County, Hokkaido. The buffet-style local cuisine using food from Hokkaido and the Shikaoi area is extremely popular and you’ll often find long queues at lunchtime. Of the food on offer, nikujaga (a common home cooked meat and potato stew) using local Shikaoi May Queen potatoes is particularly popular. From stews to western-style food, there’s plenty on offer for people of all ages to enjoy at this restaurant. There are also cottages on the farm where you can stay overnight.

Needless to say the confectionery shop typifies the confectionery town of Obihiro in Tokachi. Within the large premises you can watch how the hugely popular sweet, Sanporoku is made, there’s a workshop kitchen where you can make sweets, and also a cafe area where you can buy and enjoy the wonderful Ryugetsu sweets.

Located in Kamishihoro, Kato District, Hokkaido, CREAM TERRACE is a tea-room run by Tokachi Shinmura Farm. Visitors can enjoy milk-tea and desserts made with smooth, delicious milk from the Farm’s cows, while gazing at the garden where adorable goats and baby goats are playing around. The visitors’ favorite is a set comprising clotted cream, waffles with milk-jam, and English-style milk-tea. Meal options include the popular “Farm Soup and Curry Set Meal,” made with chicken (from a local Tokachi chicken breed) and plenty of fresh vegetables. Visitors can receive a cup of milk from the Farm’s cows as a free “welcome drink.”

A ramen restaurant operating out of a remodeled old pioneer farmer's home in the Tokachigawa hot spring area. The restaurant offers ramen made with select Tokachi ingredients, including aromatic aged noodles made with Tokachi Yumechikara wheat. The restaurant's menu includes the Tokkyu Buta Soba, a ramen made with Hokkaido soy sauce and served with broiled chashu pork; the Karamiso Atsumen, a spicy miso ramen served boiling hot in an iron bowl; the Dengakufu Butadon pork rice bowl; and more.

A restaurant located in Shikaoi Town, Kato District. Inside Country Papa's comfy log cabin-style restaurant, you can enjoy healthy dishes made with seasonal Shikaoi ingredients. Particularly recommended are the breaded cheese cutlets and pork steaks, made with Tokachi Shikaoi pork. The Farm Set, limited to just a few customers a day, comes with over 10 different mini dishes and is particularly popular with women. Country Papa also rents out lovely country cottages where you can relax and spend the night in comfort.

糠平温泉に行く途中でランチに立ち寄りました。通りを走っていますと広い芝の敷地の中にカントリー風の建物が見えてきましたので、さっそく立ち寄ってみました。入口には羊も飼われていて、のどかな雰囲気の場所です。食事も地元の野菜や肉を使用しており美味しくいただきました。

This is a farmhouse restaurant nearby the Tokachigaoka Park. It opened in 1996. In all four directions around the log cabin-style house filled with wooden furniture are fields. One can leisurely relax while absorbing the magnificent grandeur of nature up-close while viewing the Hidaka mountains, called Hokkaido's roof. The hamburg steak set meal or grilled pork and ginger shogayaki are the standard menu items that are served with plenty of close-to-organic or organic vegetables home-grown in the green house or there in the fields right behind the restaurant.

花時計のある十勝が丘展望台の駐車場にあるお店です。自ら栽培した低農薬、無農薬の野菜を使ったコロッケや豚丼などが食べられます。野菜サラダもおいしいですね。食事をしなくても野菜の購入だけでも大丈夫。発送も可能なので便利です。

A soft serve ice cream restaurant found by driving north on National Route 241 from Obihiro Station and identifiable by its pink roadside station. Customers can enjoy their treats in the cutely designed shop interior or outside under the shop's awning surrounded by seasonal flowers. The most popular flavor is the Red Bean, made with highest quality Tokachi adzuki red beans, known to some as red diamonds. Not overly sweet, this ice cream has a light flavor characterized by the taste of anko sweet bean paste. The shop also sells decorative soft serve ice creams decorated with colorful toppings.

池田町にあるジェラート屋さん、ハッピネスデーリー。有名なワイン城の北側の畑が広がる中に、レンガ色の外壁がよく目立つ建物。それがハッピネスデーリーです。こちらには何度かお邪魔していますが、今回は１０年ぶりくらいでしょうか。ダブルのジェラートをいただきました。店内にはイートインスペースがあり、テラス席もあります。店内でいただきましたが、いつも通り、おいしいジェラートでした。

こちらのマカクドナルドは、音更町のスーパーなどが立ち並んでいる国道沿い、ＯＫというスーパーの駐車場横にありました。私はスーパーの駐車場に車を停めて行きましたか、見ていると、ドライブスルーを利用する車が多いことに気づきました。国道から入るとそこがドライブスルーですから、便利ですよね。

国道沿いにあるステーキ・ハンバーグメインのファミレス。ドリンクバーを追加注文し、いつもついつい長居してしまいます。休日以外のランチにはスープバー・カレー食べ放題が付いていてお得です。また「バイキングランチ（だったと思う）」というメニューはサラダ・種類は限られていますがフルーツとデザート・スープ・ライス・カレーが食べ放題なので、不足しがちな野菜がたくさん摂れるのでおすすめです。
