- This restaurant is a three-minute walk from Hamada Station on the San-in Main Line. The shop interior is filled with the warmth of wood-grain, and is perfect for enjoying their select top grade Fuyo pork. Hygiene-managed Camborough pigs are fed blended feed and raised by experienced professionals to create balanced, flavorful, aromatic Fuyo pork. This shop buys direct from the farmers, rather than going through wholesalers or shops, for the freshest possible, pork. Since this shop is always busy, no matter the time or the day, we highly recommend getting reservations.

少し人が入ってるから態度が悪いです。天狗様が出ます。味が旨い不味いでは無いです。先ずは態度が悪いです。田舎でテッペンとったどーって感じが嫌です。私の所は美味しいです感がショボイです。当たり前だろ店出して腕に自信があるのは、ココ疲れる。

- This venerable kamaboko fish cake shop was founded in 1912. They serve the Hamada iconic food Akaten in a charming shop full of history. Akaten is marked by its red color, and is made from ground fish like pollock flavored with chili peppers and then fried. Fried up in a bread crumb coating, its spiciness makes it the perfect dish with rice, and a fantastic snack with alcohol. In addition to being featured in all kinds of news media, the dish received the flavor stamp of approval of famed French chef Kiyomi Mikuni and was selected for his Mikuni Marche line.

浜田ゆめタウンの奥に有る小さな店でした。隣接してゆめレストというスペースが有ったので飲食することは可能みたいでした。私は秋の乗り放題切符で浜田まで行ったので最終で戻る列車内で食べるためにテイクアウト。

遅くまでやっているお店が少ない浜田では、大変使い勝手の良いファミレスです。また値段も他のファミレスより安い割には味も良い。ハンバーグやステーキなど肉系がジューシーでオススメです。

前から行きたかったイタリアン料理店です。本当は地元の友人も一緒にと思っていましたがコロナウイルス騒ぎで前から約束していた隣接した町に住む甥っ子と。評判通りの料理でしたが勧められた島根県産番茶のドリンクはイマイチでした。帰りに土産にとジャムまで頂いたので大満足でした。

「しゃおしゅん」と読ませるＪＲ浜田駅前から歩いて５分ほどの居酒屋だ。コンビニの反対側にあり、靴を脱いで上がるタイプ。半個室風のしつらえだ。料理は全国流通型の居酒屋ではないが、和風カジュアル風。ノドグロ、赤天など地元の産物を取り入れており、観光客としても十分楽しめる内容だ。

ちょっと高級な洋食屋さんといった雰囲気の良いお店です。アラカルトメニューも充実していて、ミンチカツやコロッケがホクホクジューシーでオススメです。デミグラスソースも濃厚で良かった。

ランチに利用しました。うなぎ丼を注文しました。山椒がついてなかったので少し残念でしたが味はと美味しかったです。
