    Osaka Sakaishi Sakai-ku Shinzaikechouhigashi 1-2-1
    This long-established Japanese-style confectionary store, located in Sakai, was founded in 1329, in the late Kamakura period. Their specialty walnut mochi's name is derived from green soybean paste wrapped in mochi. The exquisite balance of the product's softness and the bean paste's smoothness is something people never tire of, according to its reputation. Their take-out menu is so popular that there is always a line extending out of the store. Additionally, seated within the eat-in space inside the store, customers can also enjoy shaved-ice walnut mochi, as well as the store's regular walnut mochi.

    The dessert here are ok... not as refined as in Kyoto. Service is lacking. Can skip if you have no time to wait in the queue.

    This cafe is very close to JR Hanwa Line Shimomatsu Station. This shop's pride is their hand-dripped fresh ground coffee, made from select beans from all over the world. It's served in a relaxed atmosphere for slow, luxurious enjoyment. Hoshino Coffee's flagship is their Hoshino Blend, with a clear, refreshing flavor that's easy to drink. Their menu is headed up by their thick, fluffy Souffle Pancakes, topped with whipped butter.

    分煙とはいうものの、禁煙席にもタバコの匂いが充満していて、耐えられなかった。帰宅しても服も髪の毛も全身タバコの匂いが取れない。鼻の奥にもついて取れない。あまり感じの良くない女店員だった。

    This is a popular ramen shop located at the Sawada intersection on National Route 170. The spacious store has counter and table seats, perfect for lone diners as well as families. The most popular dish is Ajitama Ramen. The soup is lovingly made from carefully selected ingredients, each boiled continuously for about 20 hours, bringing out the best flavors of the pork bones. Diners are able to choose the amount of pork fat, indispensable to Tonkotsu ramen, from four different amounts. Guests can also select from two types of noodle, chewy, narrow straight noodles or medium thick wavy noodles with the flavor of wheat.

    チェーンのラーメン店で、藤井寺市の沢田にありました。 とんこつベースのラーメンで、そこまで独特の臭みもなく、濃厚なラーメンです。 細麺・ちぢれ麺が選べて、ちぢれ麺も美味しかったです。 値段は少し高めですが、しっかりとしたとんこつ味が楽しめます。

    レンタサイクルを停めて中へ奥の部屋の席に案内されました、古墳カレーが人気との事で注文すると前方後円墳の形にされたご飯にカレーがかけらてた美味しそうなカレを女将さんが運んでくれました。常連さんが多いようです。非常に気さくな女将さんで気さくに食事が出来ました。阪和線の百舌鳥駅から直ぐです。

    "This longstanding Japanese confectionary shop established in 1854 is situated on Prefectural Route 204 in Nishi-cho, Kaizuka City. The shop's Murasame, a famous Senshu region bar-shaped confection created by steaming a batter made from sweet azuki beans, rice flour, and sugar, was inspired by ""Kaiura Murasame"" (""Passing Shower Over Kaiura""), one of the Eight Views of Senshu. It is still made according to the same recipe handed down from the time the shop first opened its doors. The shop also sells Murasame Manju buns consisting of tsubuan chunky bean paste wrapped in the same batter used to make regular Murasame bars; as well as monaka wafer cakes, castella, seasonal namagashi fresh Japanese confections, and more."

    泉州銘菓のむらさめ、はここで販売されています。 とても美味しく、泉州を代表するお菓子だとしても、満足できます。 観光客は是非とも買ってください。

    "This Japanese confectionary shop situated on Prefectural Route 204 is located in Gokenya-machi, Kishiwada City. The shop specializes in Shigure Mochi (literally ""Late Autumn Shower Rice Cake""), a traditional confection said to have been named by the lord of Kishiwada Castle. A bar-shaped confection consisting of steamed sweet bean paste and glutinous rice, it has a unique, crumbly texture, falling apart ""like drops of rain."" It is sold in two varieties - azukian red bean paste and shiroan white bean paste."

    村雨は関西以外では殆ど見かけることが無いので食べたくてもなかなか手に入りません。さらに村雨の中でもここの村雨は特別モチモチしていて、甘さも控えめでちょうどいい。 原材料は小豆、白餡、砂糖の順番に記載されているので砂糖が控えめなのかもしれません。保存料や添加物がなくシンプルな素材で作られていて子供にも安心して食べさせられます。
