People love the fact that even small groups can enjoy a wide variety of hormone selections in one sitting. The harami skirt steak is the shop's most popular cut, while the plump tecchan large beef intestine and hachinosu second beef stomach tripe also have many fans. The shop's hormone sets, which come with five varieties of hormone, are also popular.

Basically this is the place if you want to try unusual cut of meat but dont know where to go and where to start. Menus are basically in Japanese, but the staff spoke English and some Mandarin...

The Okonomiyaki, which is served with plenty of cabbage, is prepared right in front of you. The frying is performed with great attention to detail, and so the preparation process takes around 15 minutes to complete; the end result has a crisp exterior and a soft, fluffy inside. The Cod Roe and Mayonnaise Salted Soba Noodles, which is available only in the spring months, makes for a delicious combination.
