先日出張により十和田市訪問。昼メシの時間になりご一緒して頂いた方の紹介で行きました。お薦めはと聞くとかつ類と伺いカツ丼かなと思いきやかつラーメンを薦められました。さほど長く待つ間もなく運ばれました。一見シンプルな感じでスープを一口ゴクリ。程よく出汁の効いた醤油味。麺は懐かしい感じがする中太よりは細目のストレート麺。全体的にまとまった良い味でした。恐らくスープを入れた後に麺を入れ若干麺をまとめる様な...
