    4人で昼食事にマグロ丼を注文出てきた御飯はべとつとしたかたまつた御飯健康な人間が食べる物ではない又びんちょう鮪で変な脂が有りまずい観光客だと思ってバカにした店だ。

    This is a local cuisine restaurant in front of JR Aomori Station, where one can try fresh seafood including scallops of Mutsu Bay. “Kenoshiru Ramen” is a blend of local Aomori “kenoshiru” cuisine with a miso-based ramen. Aomori's signature “Hotate Kaiyaki Miso” (scallop baked in its shell with miso) and “Hotate Fry” (fried scallop) set meals are popular with tourists who come to taste the deftly-prepared scallops which are neither frozen or boiled. In the interior wafts the atmosphere of an old-fashioned eatery, which is even easy to drop in by unaccompanied.

    八甲田ホテルに宿泊時に利用したが、屋外を見晴らしながらの食事は快適の一言。料理も美味しく、できれば連泊したくなった。

    "This local Sukayu Onsen eatery is famous for its homemade 100% buckwheat soba noodles. Other menu items include ""kake soba"" (soba noodle soup),""tororo soba"" (soba noodles topped with grated yam), soba topped with Sukayu Onsen hot springs egg, as well as ""mugitoro gohan"" (rice and barley topped with grated yam) and tempura rice bowl set meals. Their ""soba-cha"" pudding made with buckwheat tea is also very popular, and many guests order it to go with their meal. Because there is a limited supply, be sure to visit early for a chance to eat it."

    A history-leaden confectionary shop established in 1891. The shop is famous for its Konbu Yokan kelp jelly, the establishment's signature product since it first opened its doors. This exquisite confection has won the honorary president's award, the highest honor, in a national confection and tourism exposition. Any number of the shop's other products are also recommended, including the firm Neri Yokan and blackcurrant Cassis Yokan jellies, as well as the confections made with Tsugaru apples.

    和菓子と洋菓子を置いていました。どら焼きをお土産に買おうと思って行ったのですが、平日の午後だったのに売り切れでした。

    Nishimura is a local cuisine restaurant situated within the Aomori Tourist Information Center, ASPAM. Every day fresh food is prepared by master chefs using carefully selected seasonal ingredients to produce local cuisine which has been passed down for more than 30 years. Here guests can enjoy local sake and local dishes like grilled scallops with miso, and kenoshiru soup, as well as local seafood favorites and rice bowl set meals. The restaurant also caters for course meals with prior booking and set meals for large groups. Guests can also use the private rooms and tatami seating with views overlooking Aomori Bay.

    2泊3日の青森旅行で初日にランチのため訪問しました。事前に席を予約しておきました。入店すると賑やかな店内と反対側の静かなテーブル席があるほうに案内されました。窓際のテーブル席のため10階から青森港(陸奥湾)の景色も見えました。漁獲量日本2位の青森に来たのでメニューに[当店一番人気]と記載されている「つがる定食」と「お刺身定食」をオーダーしました。新鮮な魚介の郷土料理を堪能しました。

    This is a Western-style hand-made, additive-free cake shop in Aomori City. The second floor is a coffee shop and visitors can sample coffee and sweets including apple pie which is available on the weekends and holidays only.

    一階は洋菓子を売っています。2階が食事するところになっています。木のインテリアが懐かしい感じがしました。青森なのでりんごパイと紅茶にしました。スパゲティなど、食事もできます。地元のお客さんが多い印象でした。

    A ramen shop located close to Aomori Station. The shop serves soy sauce soup ramen characteristic of Tsugaru made with dried fish from Tairadate, all at a reasonable price. Choose your ramen from four different sizes from small to extra-large. Since the shop is open from eight in the morning it’s a great place to stop by after a walk around the market.

    取引先の方と来店しました。特大を注文。煮干しスープと言われていますが臭みもなくあっさりしていて美味しかったです。駐車場は店舗前に3台駐車できます。

The interior is decorated with wood inherited from old houses to create a calm space. It is around 15 minutes on foot from JR Aomori Station.

    The Aomori Gyosai Center in Furukawa Market is a famous seafood market for “Nokkedon.” Visitors can purchase tickets at the information desk, choose ingredients from about 30 shops in the hall, and have them placed on a bowl of rice. Besides sashimi, there is also miso soup, pickles, prepared dishes and meat as well. It is fun to walk freely around the market choosing the ingredients to top you own bowl of rice. It is approximately a five minute walk from JR Aomori station.

The shop's confections make maximum use of the positive qualities of the prefecture's safe, delicious ingredients. The shop's Usubeni apple glace, made by stewing round slices of Aomori-grown Jonathan apples in sugar before drying them, is particularly famous.

    素敵な店構えの和菓子やに寄る。りんごを使ったどら焼きを購入。奥のテーブル席では抹茶とお菓子の500円セットがあり頂く。

    ねぶたの家 ワ・ラッセの1階にある飲食店です。ラーメンや魚などがメインのようでした。私が選択したのはホタテのラーメン、バターが乗っていてそれが溶け出して良い味を出していました。体が温まりますよ。

    こってりドロドロ系は勇気がいるので次回にと、今回は普通の中華そばにしました。 煮干しダシがおいしくて、綿もちょうどいい太さで食べやすかったです。 昭和レトロな感じのお店の雰囲気も楽しめました。BGMも昭和でした。
