"A Japanese sweet shop founded in 1868. It is designed like a traditional storehouse, and you can distinguish it by its large wooden sign. The specialty is white hard candies called ""Akegarasu"" made with walnuts and sesame. The sweet got its name from the shape of the walnuts that resemble crows (karasu) when cut in half. In addition to this, they also have candies made with lots of wild grape, candies made with concentrated sugar, and a special baumkuchen cake made to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the publication of The Legends of Tono."
