Using ingredients like pork and vegetables raised in the Prefecture, they offer Okinawan cuisine under the supervision of Hatsumi Toguchi, a cooking expert of Okinawan cuisine. You can enjoy set meals such as Okinawa soba with various toppings, goya chanpuru, or Okinawa-style nitsuke (pork boiled and seasoned with soy sauce).

最初は地味だし味が薄い！と言う感覚から入りましたかまだ、最初の一品もうちに入れた時から、ゆっくりと噛み締めていくと素材の美味しさや、とても手のかかった贅沢なお料理と判ってきます。最後の一品までその感覚は続きます。なんとも地味深く素晴らしい料理でした。

こんなに硬い軟骨ソーキを食べたのは初めてです。めっちゃ煮込んだ本ソーキの骨の方が柔らかい！軟骨ソーキを使う理由がわかりません。移転してきて、味⤵️ 軟骨ソーキは柔らかかった。別店舗よりは断然硬かったけど・・・もう行かないはず。。。

ゆいレール儀保駅と首里駅の中間地点にある沖縄そば屋さん。ちょっと隠れ家的な雰囲気がありますが、地元の方には有名なようで、入店待ちの行列が、出来ていました。店内は、カウンター席と座敷席に分かれています。私が注文した『沖縄そば』は、出汁が美味しい、優しい味わいの沖縄そばでした。
