    This restaurant serves local cuisine and is famous for its mochi rice cake dishes. It was established in 1991 and is located three minutes on foot from the West Entrance of Ichinoseki Station. The Original Bite-sized Mochi Set is a selection of eight bite-sized mochi including those with red bean jam, green soy bean jam and natto (fermented soy beans) and some grated Japanese radish in a bento box with nine sections, accompanied by ozoni (mochi soup). Customers can savor the mochi, hand-made from the best mochi rice, Kogane-mochi, to their heart’s content. There is also an Omotenashi Set, dishes combined with the Bite-sized Mochi Set.

Making seafood dishes from fresh seasonal fish and shellfish and serving them at a reasonable price, this restaurant not only has a loyal local following but also attracts many tourists.

    平日夜に訪問。地元客が多いのかな?口コミにある通り、お茶などはセルフで向こうから積極的に話しかけてきたりとかはなし。 季節限定のエビ丼を注文。相方は日替わり海鮮。味噌汁のエビの風味がすごい!日替わりの方の味噌汁も写真と違って大きな貝が入ってました。 味も良く、値段も良心的です。

The regular table seating and low table seating with a recess beneath where you can extend your legs are all softly lit. The shop can accommodate up to 40 guests with advance reservations. Open for lunch from 11 a. m. including on Sundays, they offer their platinum pork fillet cutlet meal sets which are hearty and limited to 10 servings a day. There is also a choice of all-you-can-drink party plans.
