牧志市場で購入した鮮魚を料理してくれます

琉球海炎祭の翌日、那覇の町歩きをして識名園に行きました。牧志公設市場は仮設で営業中ですが、一階の鮮魚店で魚を買い、二階の料理店に持って行って料理して貰うという仕組みがあります。大きな魚なら、刺身と鍋と唐揚げというように料理法を変えて堪能できます。
