最初は地味だし味が薄い！と言う感覚から入りましたかまだ、最初の一品もうちに入れた時から、ゆっくりと噛み締めていくと素材の美味しさや、とても手のかかった贅沢なお料理と判ってきます。最後の一品までその感覚は続きます。なんとも地味深く素晴らしい料理でした。
