- Tokushima Pref. Miyoshishi Nishiyayamamurazentoku 9-3
- Iya Bijin is a restaurant that offers spectacular views of the mountains lining the Iya Gorge and of Iya River. The restaurant makes its own noodles, handling the whole process from the initial stage of Iya Soba buckwheat powder manufacturing through to noodle-making. Besides Soba noodles, Iya Bijin also offers a range of other dishes that embody the natural glories of the Iya region, including Soba-gome-zosui (buckwheat porridge) and grilled Amego (Masu salmon), etc. Tables on the open terrace-which affords brilliant views of the Iya Gorge and Iya River-are particularly popular. The restaurant is attached to a hotel which offers rooms with their own outdoor pools.
-
Iya Bijin is a true find! Our group of 7 had two fantastic meals on the back deck of Iya Bijin and every one of us was wowed both times. The food is simply delicious, the staff is friendly and...

They offer a menu full of delicious and safe dishes made with ingredients sourced locally in Shikoku. The izakaya offers two different course meals which can also be paired with two hours of all-you-can-drink. Course meals require a reservation for at least four diners.

- About 10 minutes on foot from Awatomida Station. This Japanese-style restaurant focuses on serving high quality local sake and fish from Tokushima. Visitors from outside Tokushima come for a relaxing meal in the peaceful atmosphere of grace and wood. “Tai-meshi course” is recommended—a full, grilled Naruto sea bream caught in the Naruto Strait. The luxury of flavor and firm succulent meat is tops—even among natural sea bream. You can also enjoy local Awa sake, and boiled dishes and sashimi made with fresh, local fish.
