    ufotable cafe Tokushimaは、ufotableさんの手掛けるアニメのコラボカフェで、現在は『鬼滅の刃』のファンが集う聖地のようになっています。人気が高く、予約制ではないため、朝早くから並ばないと、土日やイベント時は厳しいです。土曜日の朝7時過ぎに到着して、ギリギリ初回に入れました。世界観に浸れるので、ファンにはたまらない時間が過ごせます。

The café is also very particular about its drinks, which include its original blended coffee, organic lemon tea using home-grown lemon.

    This shop offers freshly-fried churros made with Tokushima rice flour and flavored with seasonings such as seaweed salt which is produced in Tokushima Prefecture's Kaifu County and Awa Wasanbon sugar. The Tokushima Station store is conveniently located a one-minute walk JR Tokushima within the rotary in front of the station. In addition to several varieties of churro, some of the café’s other popular items include sudachi squash, the “soul drink” of Tokushima, sudachi sorbet, and soft-serve ice cream topped with oiri (colorful soft rice crackers).

    Standing in the entrance to Iya, this café is located inside the former Deai Elementary School, which was renovated in 2014. Their pizzas feature springy hand-kneaded dough made with domestic flour and toppings made with local ingredients. Their hand-roasted specialty coffee, made only a little at a time, is also popular. Guests can enjoy the nostalgia of a preserved school together with the atmosphere of a stylish café.

Their sweets, which are made each day with natural ingredients, are especially popular. The shop also sells coffee beans and even offers coffee brewing classes.

    プレハブ？の大きな倉庫のような家のような建物を一部きれいにした感じのお店です。 コーヒーにずいぶんコダワリがあるようで、いろいろな種類があります。私はよくわからないのですが、なかなかすごい、そうです。コーヒーの味がわかる人にお勧め。

    Cafe Takashima is a long-established café, founded in 1959. The retro-style wooden pot-shaped sign outside the café is very striking; apparently the café owner spotted this sign while on a trip to Italy, fell in love with it, and bought it to take back to Japan. Inside the café, the large table made from a single plank of wood, with a very tasteful design, attracts the eye. One of the most popular items on the menu is the hamburgers, which are made by heating the buns on a specially-made metal plate; rather than using regular round buns, the café uses thin slices of bread. The café’s Special Burgers include hamburger meat, ham, eggs, cheese and vegetables, providing a very substantial meal at a reasonable price.

    Sweet options like jam and pineapple toast 350円, peanut butter chocolate and banana toast 400円, or savory items like ham egg cheese vegetables sandwich 480円, hamburger hashed beef egg cheese sandwich...
