    A confectionery store located in the Tateyama Chuo Farmer’s Market along the Sotobo-Kuroshio Line in Aburi, Tateyama City. The store mainly produces waffles made with carefully selected ingredients and also offers other confectioneries such as cookies, chiffon cakes, scones and muffins produced by more than 20 affiliated cake shops.     A traditional Japanese confectionery store located along National Route 128, a five minute walk from Kazusa-Ichinomiya Station. The store sells all sorts of confections including manju (sweet buns), dorayaki (bean-jam pancake), and yokan (adzuki-bean jelly). Their famous daifuku cakes (rice cakes stuffed with sweet bean jam) are made with seasonal fruits such as their mikan daifuku with a whole mikan orange wrapped inside mochi and white bean jam, apricot cheese daifuku, rakkasei (peanuts) fresh cream daifuku, as well as strawberry daifuku.

    This is a Japanese confectionery shop, founded in 1899, located on the Omotensando Road in Naritasan Shinsho-ji Temple. It is known as the shop that introduced chestnut yokan, sweet bean jelly, to Japan and the jelly was based on the vegetarian cuisine ‘chestnut soup’ of Naritasan Shinsho-ji Temple. The sweet bean jellies such as the Gokujo-oozao-youkan made by traditional methods, are famous and have been loved for many years as a souvenir of pilgrims to Naritasan. The Peanuts Monaka, a sweet using peanuts, a special product of Chiba, as well as standard Japanese sweets such as kintsuba and dorayaki, and seasonal sweets are also available.

    勝浦の商店街の一角。「ひらきごま」というゴマサブレをお土産にしました。ちょっとホロホロと砕けやすいサブレ。軽いのでいくら食べてもお腹にはたまらないのがちょっと寂しい感じもあるかなと思います。

    成田山新勝寺の参道にあったコッペパンのお店です。夕方通りかかった時、パンが安くなっていたのでそれにつられました。揚げパンとかぼちゃのロールパン、シュークリームを購入しました。シュークリームは110円(うろ覚え)で小ぶりですがシュー生地がサクッとしていて中のクリームがとっても美味しかったです。うなぎパンなる物があって成田山らしかったです。
