In the rest corner, there’s an area where you can try frying your own ebi senbei. The adjoining museum presents the history of ebi senbei.

    岐阜の柳ヶ瀬店限定の方ですが、本わらび餅はとにかく絶品です。きなこを深煎りしていて、香ばしく、わらび餅はプルプルできなこに埋まってます。たまに名古屋でも買える時があるとかないとか…でも、わざわざ岐阜に買いに行っても文句ないと思います。
