Events are periodically held at the hall and the facility sees many visitors, particularly tourist groups.

    This is a large commercial complex located in Sunatsu, with an array of shops and facilities lined up together inside including consumer electronics, daily sundries, restaurants, and a movie theater. The symbol of the complex is a large Ferris wheel of height 60 meters and diameter of 50 meters, from which one can look out over Kokura. Of the 36 gondolas just two are transparent and visitors often form a line to use them. Events such as concerts and illuminations are held throughout the year, bringing in a lot of visitors.
