This parking area is located between the Toyoake and Toyota Minami interchanges of the Isewangan Expressway. It has many facilities such as a natural hot spring, park, Ferris wheel, shops and food court. In the fresh produce market, there is an extensive lineup of specialty products from the Tokai region and local fresh ingredients. Kariya Highway Oasis exhibits items related to celebrities born there, and warrior dolls from the local Mando Festival, an Intangible Folk Cultural Property of Aichi Prefecture. It can be accessed from both the highway and regular roads.

施設に入ると刈谷のお祭りで有名な万燈の飾りが天井にぶら下がっています。青森のねぶた祭りのようなものです。他に刈谷出身の有名人コーナーには阪神で活躍した赤星選手やゴスペラーズの酒井さんのもありました。

ハイウェイオアシス刈谷のセントラルプラザ横に建つ立派な建物です。正式名称は「オアシス館刈谷INFOBOX」とのことです。刈谷で有名な万燈祭をはじめとし、周辺市町村の観光案内がされています。奥の方に入っていくと、刈谷出身で元阪神タイガースの赤星さんが幼少期に使ったグローブやバットが展示されています。流石地元PR館だけありますね。
