    This is a ropeway connecting Sanroku Station and Sanchou Kouen Station, with a one-way trip taking 10 minutes. From the gondola window and Sanchou Kouen Station one can see the magnificent Hakkouda mountain range in the colors of all four seasons, past Aomori City and out to Mustu Bay. In the area there is a walking course rich with ponds and alpine plants, popular with visitors who come to watch the leaves changing color in autumn. In winter it is favored as a ski resort.

    This scenic railway in Okutsugaru is famous for its stove trains. The section from Goshogawara to Kanagi opened in 1930, and the entire line (20.7 kilometers) opened in November of the same year. Then, stove trains began running that December in the winter. The stove trains are in operation from December 1st to March 31st. During other periods, there are also wind chime and bell cricket trains.

    This complex is in Tomiyama,Fukuro, Kuroishi City. Presented here are the traditional crafts of Tsugaru-nuri lacquerware, and Tsugaru Kokeshi dolls as well as local food products housed in 6 studios where you can also try your hand with a DIY experience. In the complex are stores selling over 1,600 items of local produce and products as well as regular presentations of the Tsugaru shamisen stringed instrument performance. The eateries offer ordinary local menu items, such as the Kuroishitsuyu yakisoba noodles.

Cherry picking is offered from late June; as the farm's cherries are grown in plastic greenhouses, visitors can enjoy cherry picking even on rainy days.

    A tourist farm where you can enjoy strawberry picking located in Hachinohe's Nango, a district with a thriving fruit cultivation industry. Here visitors can pick Nango Jazz-hime (Tochiotome) strawberries. For 60 minutes, customers can eat all the strawberries they pick. The farm's strawberries are grown in plastic greenhouses, ensuring customers can take their time and enjoy delicious, ripe, red berries no matter what the weather's like outside. Strawberry picking season is from early January to late May. Note that picking is by reservation only and thus you must contact the farm by phone in advance.

    The Stove Train is a Tsugaru Railway train that runs from Tsugaru-Goshogawara Station to Tsugaru-Nakasato Station. It is equipped with coal-burning stoves in the carriages so passengers can keep warm while looking out at the passing picturesque winter scenery. Three round trips run every day from December through to the end of March (two round trips on weekdays in December only). The train has been running since the railway company first operated in 1930 and the current carriages are the fourth such carriages in operation.
