    Visitors to this agricultural park can spend the whole day here while enjoying nature in the seasonal ingredient hunts, the barbeque area, restaurant experience classes and athletics, and so much more. The fruit and vegetables cultivated in Shigisan Nodoka Mura are also a welcome sight, as they are produced using safe and reassuring pesticide-reduced cultivation, which is approved by Eco Farmers. The Tenku Tamago-kake Gohan, which uses fresh eggs collected from free-range chickens, is also very popular. The park is located approximately 30 minutes by car from the Daini Hanna Toll Road’s Ichibu Interchange.

    A tourist farm located in Sonohara-cho, Tenri City. Situated along the Yamanobe-no-Michi trail, said to be Japan's oldest road, here visitors can enjoy mandarin orange picking in fall. There's also a cafe serving fresh juices and brick oven-baked pizzas, and a barbecue ground. In addition, the farm holds yoga classes.

    A strawberry farm in Kinohara-cho, Gojo City. They cultivate their strawberries using low levels of pesticide and breeds include Asuka Ruby and Kotoka strawberries. You can enjoy 30-minutes of all-you- can-eat strawberry picking from mid-January to late May. They also sell strawberries and homemade jam and from July to early September offer pesticide free blueberries.

    TheYoshino Omine Ropeway takes visitors to Yoshinoyama Station in about three minutes from Senbon-guchi Station which is just a three-minute walk from Yoshino Station on the Kintetsu Yoshino Line. It is the oldest ropeway in Japan, having been in operation since 1929, and the Japan Society of Mechanical Engineers has registered it as an example of the country’s mechanical heritage. The ropeway normally operates from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and makes four round trips per hour. The number of runs is increased during the cherry blossom season in April, and large numbers of cherry blossom enthusiasts come to enjoy the view of Mount Yoshino through the windows of the ropeway cars.

    Strawberry picking on a reservation basis in Asuka Village, Takaichi County. Stawberry picking is held at 15 farms in the village from mid-January to late May. Enjoy the local specialty, the Asuka Ruby strawberry, during your 30-minute all-you-can-eat picking experience. Strawberries are grown in raised beds, making them easy to pick while standing.

    This is a Monorail operating at Dorogawa River, Tenkawa Village, Yoshino District. Visitors can ride the monorail, with the motif of a log, and access the entrance of the Menfudo Limestone Cave, registered as a World Heritage Site. Visitors can also see the Omine Okugake-michi path, also registered as a World Heritage Site, from the observation deck at the station.

    This is a cable car that runs through Ikoma City, Nara Prefecture. The cable car runs from Toriimae Station, a three-minute walk from Ikoma Station, to Hosenji Station where visitors transfer to Ikoma-sanjo Station. The journey is approximately 16 minutes one way. The cable car is often used to visit Ikomasanjo Amusement Park, only a short walk from Ikoma-sanjo Station. The four types of cars decorated wholly as characters are something to talk about.

    At this tourist vineyard, you can pick grapes from mid-August to the end of September. The farm is replete with rainy weather facilities, ensuring you can have fun here no matter what the weather's like. The farm grows huge Kyoho grapes. Grape picking is all-you-can-eat and you are also allowed to purchase any grapes you pick that you don't eat and want to take home.

The farm cultivates an abundance of different Japanese pear varieties from late July to early December, and offers Japanese pear picking for visitors from mid-August to early November."

    近鉄御所駅からバスで約20分。 葛城登山口駅と葛城山上駅間を6分で結ぶ。近鉄の経営。運賃は往復1,500円だが、近鉄の3日間フリーきっぷについている割引券を使うと半額になる。ゴンドラからは大和盆地の景色を一望。ただし、最前部と最後部には何かを格納しているような台があり、その上に立つことは禁止されている。

With a reputation almost as stellar as that of Kyoto, Nara is a must-visit for those searching for the remains of "traditional Japan." The largely green Nara city holds the majority of the prefecture’s treasures, such as the iconic Todai-ji Temple, in which a 15-meter tall Great Buddha sits, and Nara Park, where deer flock to befriend passersby. While mountains are by no means hard to come by in this area, for hiking with a reward, head to the Kii Mountains’ Yoshino district in spring, when the hillsides put on an impressive display of white and pink cherry blossoms.
