    "This sightseeing farm is run by TV entertainer Yoshitaka Tanaka. The farm's motto is ""bringing smiles to the world through good flavor"" and they make and sell their own cheese and soft caramel. Hanabatake Bokujo's flagship product soft caramel is beloved for how it melts in the mouth. It has won the grand prize at the Monde Selection contest nine years running. Their popular hand-made cheeses are made with 100% Tokachi milk, and their melted Raclette won grand prize at the ALL JAPAN Natural Cheese Contest."

    ラクレットかけを注文しました。1,200円以上もしたのに具材のボリュームが残念。一番残念だったのがラクレットチーズの最後の方の面積があまりない所を使用され、少ししかチーズが来ませんでした。私の次に注文した外国人観光客のタイミングで新しいチーズに変わり、沢山チーズをのせてもらってました。残念すぎます、もう二度と行きません。

    A cooking classroom located in the Tokachi Millennium Forest tourist garden in Tokachi. The classroom makes use of the knowhow cultivated in the garden's Nochiyu cheese workshop. The facility's classes consist of three parts. First, participants learn about the plants and animals living in Tokachi and about cheese making. Next, participants make real mozzarella cheese from curds. Finally, participants slice the cheese and place it on a pizza for baking before getting to try the finished product. Classes are held twice a day, but only in summer. Advance reservation required.

    A tourist-oriented farm located in Nakasatsunai Village. From mid-May to mid-August, visitors can enjoy picking strawberries from the farm's elevated beds and eat them on the spot or bag them to take home. The farm's strawberries are grown in a greenhouse, ensuring that you can go picking even if it's raining out. Another nice thing is that you can eat around 10 different varieties of ripe, delicious strawberries. From late October to early November, visitors can pull up daikon radishes. Visitors are also recommended to try the special strawberry ice cream made without agricultural chemicals, and the ripe strawberry ice cream made with plenty of tasty strawberry chunks. For information on farm conditions, be sure to call beforehand.

    とても分かりにくい場所ですが、探し当てていけました。日本でここだけという無加熱のソフトクリームとミルクでしたが、さらっとしていてべとつき感がなく美味しかったです。

    ハウスのなかなので秋ごろまでイチゴ狩りが楽しめるみたいです。 チューブ入りの練乳を持参して行きました。 小さな子供さんがいる方など多くの家族連れで賑わいありましたしよかったです。 自家製のソフトクリームもイチゴがたっぷり入っていてうまかったですね

    北海道には馬の牧場がたくさんありますが、清水町の馬の牧場はミニチュアの馬ばかりを飼育している牧場です。世界でも最小級の馬ばかりを飼育しており小さければ体長が50センチ程度です。可愛らしさは世界一です。
