    This Japanese restaurant in a mountain hamlet surrounded by nature feels like a secret getaway. It's about three minutes by car from Takaosan Interchange on the Keno Expressway. They serve savory cuisine made with seasonal ingredients cooked on the charcoal fire of their irori hearth. Their plump and tasty thick-cut charcoal grilled chicken is a popular. The shop alters its ambiance to coincide with the changing seasons. Visitors look out on cherry blossoms in spring, fireflies in the garden in summer, the colored foliage of fall, and winter's snowy cover. The photogenic location makes it in demand for business dinners and wedding receptions.

    An irori-yaki skewer barbecue restaurant located in Kamiyugi, Hachioji City, Tokyo. Diners are provided with skewers of vegetables, seafood, river fish, and specially raised hinadori (young chicken) to grill over an irori hearth placed in the center of a sunken kotatsu table. Hinatoriyama is also renowned for its fuku-fuku tofu-nabe, a hotpot dish which comes with a tofu specially made with Hokkaido soybeans and natural Minamidaitojima nigari bittern.

    土曜日予約をして行きましたが空いていました。こちらはコロナでも個室ですし、お料理は船で運ばれてきますし安心してお食事を楽しめました。お料理も美味しかったです。炭で自分たちで焼くスタイルです。炭焼き美味しいです。１人必ず1コース頼まないといけないのであまり食べれない方は多すぎると思いますが‥単品だけでもOKとかその辺融通が効くと良いと思います。

    １４時頃と中途半端な時間に訪れたので、すぐにテーブルに着くことができました。 100円というお手頃価格でお寿司を食べることができるので、普段は食べない変わり種にも手が伸びます。またその時期のお勧めのお寿司が150円で提供さているのも嬉しいです。 駐車場も広いので大人数での利用も安心な店舗です。

    ネタの種類が少ないと感じて疎遠になっていましたが、カニフェアということで、久しぶりに行きました。ネタは前よりは良くなっていますが、ほとんどが150円のeネタですね。各席に注文用のタッチモニターがあり、そこから注文するのですが、このタッチ用の圧センサが、以前よりも更に感度が鈍くなっていて、注意しないと1個が2個の注文になってしまう感じでした。今回注文時のストレスが大きかったです。

    始めに頼んだマグロと、2回目以降と全然別物が出てきて残念でした。そういった戦略なのかもしれませんが、スシローさんはいろいろ問題もあったので考えちゃいますね・・・

    既に何度も利用しているスシロー稲城百村店です。毎回思いますが、こちらのお店は最寄り駅からはちょっと遠いです。駐車場が広くて無料で利用できるので車で行くことをお勧めします。クレカ（ＶＩＳＡ）が利用できました。
