- Tanita Shokudo Restaurant opened in 2012 in Marunouchi. Every day it provides not only food but also events such as body composition measurement and dissemination of information about health in order to reconfirm the connection between food and health. The daily set menus are all around 500 calories, but they are filling, delicious, and nutritionally balanced. The food is even pleasing to the eye, so this popular restaurant gets high marks.

- Tokyo Chiyoda-ku Marunouchi 1-9-1 Daimaru Tokyo Store B1 Hoppetown
- Gyutan Kanezaki is a beef tongue specialist developed by Sendai's venerable kamaboko fish cake maker Kanezaki. It's in the Daimaru department store connected to Tokyo Station, in their first underground Hoppetown deli area, and their skilled chefs will cook your food to order. They offer Thick-cut Tongue Steak Bento, or the Tender Stewed Tongue Rice Box. Their carefully grilled tongue is thick, tender and juicy. We particularly recommend their bentos for a taste of expert cooking on the road. The shop also offers Kanezaki's Sasa Kamaboko Fish Cake.

Tokyo Areas
The setting of countless iconic movie scenes and the inspiration for songs, poetry, and literature worldwide, Tokyo barely requires an introduction. It’s hard for the kaleidoscopic neon lights, wacky pop culture, and some of the world’s tallest structures not to instill excitement in any first-time visitor to Tokyo, whether you’re in the very center of the hustle and bustle in Shinjuku or Shibuya or looking in from the quieter suburbs.
