    The Sato Yosuke Flagship shop was founded in 1860, controls every step of the process meticulously, from ingredient selection to shipping, and manages everything in-house for their Inaniwa Dried Udon. At the Flagship Store, not only can you try the shop's products on-site off their full menu, you can also watch the master makers at work on a tour of the factory. There is also an attached tourist information center and shop selling Akita specialties.

    A well-known udon & soba shop in an old temple school building of a former samurai residence, in Kakunodate Town, Semboku City, Akita Prefecture. The specialties are a smooth rice plant udon using hinaijidori chicken or maitake mushroom, and locally-produced buke soba with buckwheat flour aroma bamboo shoot and beefsteak plant (macrophyll) tempura inside. It is a popular tourist spot for its exterior and interior that still retain the atmosphere of the Edo period.

    Excellent Oyako-don which is the best one in my life. Also Inaniwa udon with egg plant tempura is very good.

In addition to simple soba noodle standards including chilled morisoba and dipping zarusoba they also serve soba with Hinaijidori chicken or fried tempura.     A soba (buckwheat noodle) restaurant located in Kobitomachi, Kakunodate, Senboku City, they grow their own soba, create their own flour, make the dough and cook it up as soba for you to try. Popular choices include the “Jyuwari soba in two styles” —a limited-quantity dish of soba made using two different kneading styles, and “Kakunodate beni soba” —available only on weekends.

    We had Tempura Soba Noodles (warm) and our hosts had the cold version. That was simply delicious. Located in the middle of the Samurai Houses street in Kakunodate. Very accessible and delicious!

    秋田市郊外の外周道路沿い、かっぱ寿司さんと併設されています。 あまり時間を取れないランチだったので手軽に素早くいただきました。 釜玉にげそてんとちくわてん、稲荷寿司をトッピング。意外と高めに仕上がりましたがげそてんもちくわてんも大きくて食べ応えあり。 釜玉のうどんも安定感あり。出汁醤油もいいですね。

    南部屋敷でそばでも、と思いましたがしかし、隣のテーブルのカツどんを見てしまい、居てもたってもいられなくなり同じものを注文。正解でした。ダシの使い方が非常に上手で、美味しい丼でした。

    ショッピングモール内のフードコートでは、珍しい蕎麦店。蕎麦たれの中に溶き卵して食べるスタイルなのか?それにしても塩辛い、卵にタレを注ぎ食べました。タレは胡麻油の香りもして美味しいんですが、卵に移して十分な塩辛さ、残念です。

    このエリアの「冷やがけ」の中では価格は高め。 石臼挽きの田舎蕎麦がウリですが、ツユも美味しい。 価格設定がもう少し安いと星5つなのですが、まぁよしとしましょう。 初めての羽後そばには向いていると思います。
