"This restaurant specializing in straight-from-the-pot udon noodles is located right in front of Fukuoka Airport. Founded more than 40 years ago, it is popular for the flavor of its carefully-crafted udon noodles and broth. Their menu includes udon noodles and rice dishes as well as plenty of tasty udon toppings. We recommend their ""goboten udon"" topped with crunchy burdock root tempura, the soul of Fukuoka, and their ""niku goboten udon topped with burdock root tempura and beef, which is their most popular item. We also recommend pairing them with their mixed rice with burdock root and chicken"

I thought this place was very cool. They make the noodles right in front of you. We had udon soup with shrimp tempura. Was very tasty. The udon noodle machine was very interesting. Its the real deal.
