Senkoji Park, which was chosen as one of the 100 best Japan cherry blossom sights, is at the top and is bustling with visitors during the cherry blossom season. Pets in cages are allowed.

    A tourism orchard located in Mihara City, Hiroshima Prefecture. Countless fans love coming here to eat the orchard's safe, healthy fruit. Here visitors can enjoy strawberry picking from December to May, cherry fruit and grapes in June, and pears from August. No reservations necessary; admittance is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. The orchard also has a golf putting course and rents all the equipment necessary, ensuring people of all ages can easily enjoy a round of putting golf. The thatched roof rest building is open to being used as a barbecue ground, and visitors can have a relaxing time barbecuing, making this a destination where everyone from children to adults can enjoy an entire, fun-filled day.

    梨、ぶどう狩セットで訪問しました。梨は愛甘水系、ぶどうはオーロラブラックという品種でした。農園のおじさんがレトロな軽自動車で畑まで送迎してくれます。急かす事もなく「ゆっくり好きなのを選んで下さい」と、親切に対応してくれました。食べ放題ではないので、滞在時間は20-30分程度になってしまうと思います。

    This is a sea route that connects Tomonoura, the harbor known to have to wait for the tide, and Onomichi, the port for Kitamaebune-ships. Visitors can casually view the scenery of the shipyards, the Abuto Kannon-goddess, and the nostalgic cityscape of Onomichi from the sea. Travel on this route is limited and travel time is about an hour.

    This ferry is known to locals as the “One Yen Poppo.” There are three ferry routes in total operating on the Onomichi Strait between Onomichi and Mukaishima Island, but this one is the oldest. Customers note that the ferry offers excellent access, adjoining a cycling road on the Mukaishima Island side and being close to the station on the Onomichi side. Also the most reasonably-priced of the three ferries, it is still highly popular and is widely used by locals as part of everyday life in addition to tourists.
