As Negiyaki Yamamoto is located inside the concourse of Shin-Osaka Shinkansen (Bullet Train) Station, it is the perfect place to stop for a bite to eat while traveling. The Suji-Negi, which includes plenty of spring onions with slow-boiled beef tendons and konjac, is especially popular.

Founded in 1952, Torihei is a restaurant that has remained committed to providing first-class yakitori (grilled chicken or duck) for over 50 years. Torihei makes yakitori using its own traditional techniques, which include the use of Bincho-tan charcoal for grilling, and a special sauce that has remained the same since the restaurant first opened. The Yakitori, which is made by grilling the meat and skin of Aigamo ducks (a crossbreed between wild ducks and domestic ducks), achieves a perfect balance of the savory flavor of duck-meat and the pungent taste of onions. There are menu options to suit every budget. Torihei is located around six minutes' walk from the Hanshin Railway's Umeda Station.
