It is now barrier-free, and you can bring pets aboard too. On days with good weather, not only can you see upside-down Fuji, but you can also enjoy Mt. Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi with Unoshima Island in the background-the only island on the Fuji five lakes.

A building specializing in herbs located on the banks of Lake Kawaguchi. The interior features a specialty shop with a variety of herbal products, like herb tea, bathing herbs, and dried flowers, a cafe with a menu that uses herbs, and a craft shop where you can experience herbs in a number of different ways-flower arranging, pressed flowers, and a herbarium. The central lawn is a herb garden, so you can enjoy a stroll wrapped in the wafting aroma of fresh herbs.

It was a very good stopover, especially if you are on a trip to relax and to put your minds at ease. It has a nice souvenir store with natural flowers home-grown (e.g., essential oils). If you are...

Fuji and, on clear days, even the Japanese Southern Alps. You can descend via a hiking trail, passing by sights such as Tenjoyama Gokoku-jinja Shrine and a stone monument commemorating famed author Osamu Dazai.

"This outdoor activity center is in Funatsu, Fujikawaguchiko Town, Minamitsuru County. Located in a natural forest shaped by Kenmarubi lava flow from Mt. Fuji, the facility offers guided nature walks, crafting activities using natural materials, day camping, and more. You can also see the Funatsu Lava Tree Molds, assets held by the organization responsible for UNESCO World Cultural Heritage registration as ""Fujisan, Sacred Place and Source of Artistic Inspiration."""

    静かな森の中を安全に散策するにはいいところです。鳥の鳴き声が沢山聞けます。センター内にも水飲み場のようなものがあるせいか、部屋の中からも鳥が見れます。癒されます。

Yamanashi prefecture is the proud home of one of Japan’s most celebrated icons: Mount Fuji. Although the mountain straddles both Yamanashi and Shizuoka, the most breathtaking views of Fuji-san can be seen from the Fuji Five Lakes north of the mountain in Yamanashi prefecture. The plethora of outdoor activities in and around the lakes all have the benefit of the country’s highest mountain as their backdrop, and we can assure you that it is an unforgettable sight.
