This shop, under the direct management of the Akita Hinaiya Inc., offers customers a taste of Hinai-jidori chicken. The Japanese-modern interior offers a warm, comfortable space for enjoying Hinai-jidori chicken dishes like Tataki (seared) breast, thigh steak, and their original Odate Edamame Gyoza dumplings made with Hinai-jidori chicken and local edamame beans. Their lunch menu includes the chicken and egg Oyakodon rice bowl and a weekly special.

夫婦で比内地鶏を食べに立寄りました。先ずは美味しい！店内は綺麗で、店員さんは皆秋田美人です。焼鳥焼いている店員さんもバッチリ化粧した秋田美人でした。焼き方が大変丁寧でした。また、食べに行きたいです。

A well-established restaurant in Saiwai-cho, Odate City that first opened in 1893. They've been known for their special Kiritanpo (toasted pounded rice skewers) Hot-pot, made with a secret Hinaijidori chicken broth and hand-picked ingredients, ever since their founding and it's currently offered year-round (reservation required). If you'd like to enjoy the flavor of a traditional Japanese restaurant with your family at home, they also offer their Hokushu Club Kiritanpo Set.

ドライブの途中でこのかっぱ寿司が見えたので、ちょっと遅めの昼食をここでとりました。大きなモールの一角の国道沿いにあってすぐにかっぱ寿司だとわかりました。３時近くでしたので店内は空いていました。

ここは家族連れのお客さんがよく行く回転寿司店です。私にはあまり縁のない所かと思い今まで行ったことがありませんでしたが、家族の誘いで行ってきました。休日のお昼前でしたがすぐにテーブル席に座れました。ネタの種類や大きさなどは回転寿司店としては良いと思います。どれを食べてもおいしかったです。とくに漬マグロが美味しいので何皿も食べました。
