They've been known for their special Kiritanpo (toasted pounded rice skewers) Hot-pot, made with a secret Hinaijidori chicken broth and hand-picked ingredients, ever since their founding and it's currently offered year-round (reservation required). If you'd like to enjoy the flavor of a traditional Japanese restaurant with your family at home, they also offer their Hokushu Club Kiritanpo Set.
