    오이타현의 분고타카다 지역은 메밀소바가 유명합니다. 그중 현지인들에게도 사랑받는 소바도코로 히비키. 자루소바가 880엔 정도로 싼건 아니지만 메밀 함량이 높아서 면 자체가 굉장히 맛이 좋습니다. 건강해지는 맛이라고 할까요? 이게 진짜 메밀소바 맛이다 라는 걸 느꼈습니다. 분고타카다 쇼와노마치 구경가신다면 근처에 들러보세요.

    レンタカーを借りたときに、係の方に豊後高田のお蕎麦は有名と聞き、宇佐神宮に行く途中に寄りました。 ネットで翔さんが出てきたので、入店。 お蕎麦屋さんらしい雰囲気で、奥さんも素敵な方でした。 お蕎麦は喉越しも良く、天麩羅も美味しかったです。 お蕎麦の大盛でもいけそうでした。

    豊後高田でそばを作ってるとは知りませんでした。 そば道場があるらしいです。 打ちたて、切りたて、茹でたてが身上なので待つこと待つこと。 食感はとても素晴らしいです。 季節のせいか香りがあまりしなかったような…。 でもって甘めのつゆ。九州の甘めのやつ。 ああ、九州の味だなってしみじみ感じる。
