    Hirara is a soba restaurant housed in a traditional farmhouse that was built in 1872 and recognizable by the noren curtain out front. One recommended menu item is the Soba Dinner, which includes rice, tempura, and small bowls of side dishes. Diners can choose to have their soba noodles served hot, cold, or on a bamboo tray with dipping sauce, and large helpings are available for an extra charge. This restaurant serves a wide variety of soba, including soba with duck, wild plants, or grated yam. In addition to soba, customers can choose curried pilaf, Miso Dengaku (vegetables basted with miso and roasted), Oshiruko (a dessert made from sweet beans and mochi), or other traditional dishes.     Yukura Creative Soba Cuisine is only a two-minute drive from Kanaya Station and about 10 minutes from Fujisan Airport, in a location that offers views of Mt. Fuji in clear weather. It offers a wide-ranging menu, including the usual Zarusoba (soba served on a bamboo tray) and Kakesoba (soba in broth). In the fall and winter it serves soba with oyster tempura, and it has many other dishes that are available only in certain seasons. In addition to soba, Yukura serves sashimi (slices of raw fish), tempura (battered and deep fried seafood and vegetables), and desserts and juice drinks that are made in-house. As one might expect from a restaurant located in Shizuoka Prefecture, a prix fixe dinner centered on green tea is served during the season when tea leaves are harvested. The restaurant's ability to meet many needs has guaranteed its popularity, and it even has a banquet room that seats 50 people.

    島田市の高台にあり、景色も最高で駐車場も広いので良かった お刺身の鮮度が良く天然の魚を生きじめしているらしい(伊良湖天然鮮魚) そばは自家製麺でお出汁がうまい 家族みんな美味しさに驚きました 息子はステーキ丼とそばのセットをペロリと平らげていましたよー メニューも豊富なのでどんな方にも喜んで貰えるお店だと思います

    A soba restaurant located in the old Totomi-Ichinomiya Station building (a National Tangible Cultural Property), a six-minute drive from the Enshu-Morimachi Smart Interchange or a ten-minute drive from the Mori-Kakegawa Interchange. The owners provided hand-made soba noodle taking great care not only with the buckwheat in their noodles but also with their spices and broth. The simple menu consists of just two varieties of soba, Zarusoba (supple noodles without the epidermis of buckwheat grains) and Inakasoba (thick and strong noodles using buckwheat epidermis), along with alcoholic beverage and Yaki Miso (savory grilled miso) that go well with sake and other alcoholic drinks. This popular restaurant is often very crowded. Since the food is prepared in limited quantities, the restaurant may close when it runs out. Reservations are recommended for guests who really want to eat here.

    A restaurant in the Sumata Pass Hot Spring Resort area in Haibara County, Shizuoka Prefecture. The owner makes soba noodles by hand every day, using domestic buckwheat flour. Both hot and cold varieties of soba and udon noodles are on the menu, and toppings include deep-fried masu salmon, wild plants, tempura or grated yam. The restaurant also serves prix fixe meals centered on local ingredients, such as wild plants or river fish. Freshly made raw soba is also available for sale as a souvenir or gift for the people back home. Since the sightseeing spot, the Yume no Tsuribashi Suspension Bridge is nearby, the restaurant is a great stopover on the way home.

    山菜そばが美味しかったです。その後、再度訪問してシンプルにざるそばを頂きました。そばは太めでなかなか食べ応えがあります。

    丸亀製麺のおかげで、お手軽にお安く本格讃岐うどんが食べられるようになりました。安いけどお店で麺打ちして直ぐに茹でて提供されるモチモチで腰のあるうどん。つゆも、自分で量の調節が出来るのもいいですね。

    ５月から値上げしても安いから相変わらずの繁盛ぶり。うどんは店舗毎に製麺しているから、若干味が違う。袋井店のうどんは美味しい。今日は冷やしのぶっかけとおにぎりを食べた。駐車場はパチンコ店と共有です。

    島田までドライブに行ったかえりに13:00頃寄りましたが、あいかわらずの繁盛ぶりでした。 スマホのクーポンとうどん札が併用できるので、お得な昼飯になりました。

    赤ちゃん連れだったので座敷があるのは最高!寒ブリの時期で、寒ブリ丼と温かいそばのセットを食べました。ブリは肉厚で美味しくかった。とてもボリュームのあるセットで満腹すぎました。

    好き嫌いのある相手と食事。過去の来店からメニューが豊富だと思い来ました。コロナの影響か昔に比べてメニューが減ったように感じた。量の割には値段がちょっと高く残念。味は普通に美味しかったです。デザートは旬のイチゴを注文。イチゴにもう少し甘みがあれば良かった。

    飛び石連休の最終日に新東名高速道路を使って関東へ戻る途中、SAはどこも満車だったので初めて遠州森PAに寄りました。遠州森といえば石松で寿司屋があるかと思うと麺類主体の定食屋でした。ミニ天丼とアジアジセットを食べました。アジアジセットは鯵丼とアジフライのセットで思いの外の美味しさでした。最近はPAで食事しても食べられると感心しました。
