    This restaurant established in 1979 is popular for their golden hoto noodles made exclusively with ingredients sourced from Yamanashi Prefecture. It even won first place at the Shosenkyo Gorge Hoto Noodle Competition three years in a row. Their exquisite premium golden hoto noodles luxuriously combine their famous golden hoto noodles with boiled abalone, a Yamanashi Prefecture delicacy.

    This restaurant specializing in hoto noodle soup is located along the Daibosatsu Line in Kyusoku, Katsunuma-cho, Koshu City. It offers hoto made with vegetables grown in its own kitchen gardens with minimal use of agrochemicals and homemade miso using domestic soybeans and natural salt. In addition to hoto, you can also enjoy individual dishes such as gyoza and motsunikomi (organ-meat stews), and cold hoto called ozara in the summer.

    時々、ほうとうが食べたくなると、一味家さんに出かけます。甘めの味付けで、あっさりしているほうとうです。野菜もきのこもたっぷりで、ボリュームあります。半分くらい食べたら、自家製辛味噌を投入。これも美味しいです！

    Evincing a nostalgic air with a thatched roof building, Oshokuji-dokoro Akafuji has delicious hoto noodle, shishi-nabe (boar meat hot pot), and sakura-nabe (horsemeat hot pot), and also has a wonderfully varied menu with set meals, rice bowls, and a la carte items. The famous Koshu hoto is excellent, with meticulously crafted stock and miso and packed with vegetables. You can enjoy the changing taste with handmade salty miso.

    笛吹川沿いにある郷土料理のレストランです。ほうとうとうどんを注文したのですが、ほうとうとの南瓜は硬くて美味しくない。うどんも普通。次はないと思います。

    店内は暗く汚いのが第一印象。本当に掃除してないようです。価格設定は観光客向け。食事の味は並以下。この周辺では、ホテル内のレストラン以外に飲食店は少ないです。会計時に釣り銭を誤魔化されました。この店はやめたほうがいい。

    山梨県から東京へ帰る道中、ずっと山道を走っていたのでなかなか食べる店がなかったのですが、こちらに寄りました。 日曜の午後1時半くらいでしたが、他のお客さんはいなかったけれど、すぐに調理して提供してもらえました。 食べたのは妻が「わかめのりうどん」、私は「肉皿と麦とろ御膳」。 どちらも昔の和食を思い出させるような優しい味で美味しかったです。

    唐揚は大好物です。 専門店の唐揚は本当に美味しい。 でもからやまの場合はタレが2種類あり、にんにく味噌っぽいのは美味しい。 でも醤油っぽい方は甘すぎ。 他は文句なしに美味いので、余計に惜しい。
