- "This French restaurant is located in the Nakahara area of Katsunuma-cho, Koshu City. The restaurant's menu boasts dishes using ingredients such as ""Koshu Wine Beef,"" ""Koshu Wine Pork,"" wild game from Yamanashi prefecture, chemical-free vegetables grown in their own, and wild mushrooms. On top of their lunch and dinner sets (reservation required), they run a self-service garden cafe from 2p.m. to 5p.m. (closed in winter and on rainy days). The perfect place to taste wine, cheese and sweets while surrounded by nature."

我來甲州，是為了品嚐當地的食物和紅酒。餐廳的環境十分大自然，因為餐廳就在山的中間，四面玻璃窗，看出外面是冬天的美景。餸菜方面，用料是餐廳主廚，在外面打獵和採摘耕種的，材料不但新鮮，很地道，人有當地特色。手方法也不錯。我點的餐，是普通的午餐，有頭盆、湯、主菜、甜品、還有咖啡。餐酒也有幾種選擇，你當地的酒。與食物配搭恰當，不妨一試。

眺めの良い展望レストラン、 夜景が素晴らしい。 夜のコースは内容、分量共に値段に見合わず残念なものでした。 前菜は冷え切った温泉旅館の突き出しのような3点セット、魚料理は前菜みたいだし、牛モモ肉は火が入りすぎて硬くパサパサでした。 村営施設でリーズナブルとは言え金額と見合わず損した気分でした。 ハンバーグやビーフシチューは美味しいのでお昼に行くことをおすすします。

お正月でやっている店も少なく、カレーでも食べるかとこちらのお店にきました。 メニューを見るとカレー以外にフォーがあったので、チキンフォーを食べました。 美味しかったのですが、箸がつるつる滑って麺が食べづらかったのが困りました。 次回はカレーも食べてみたいです
