    A buffet-style restaurant focusing on healthy food located on the 13th floor of the Inter Media Station IMS building. No-no-budou offers a selection of over 60 carefully prepared dishes at any one time, such as fresh pasta made in the restaurant's own studio, seasonal dressings made with fresh vegetables, and natural yeast breads. The restaurant is busy on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, and lunch and dinner dining is limited to 90 and 120 minutes, respectively. 150 seats total.

    Great little buffet restaurant on floor 13.5 of IMS building (take lift to floor 14 and walk down short staircase). No English menu but we managed to work out that 2000 yen gets you the whole buffet...

    Kiwamiya is a shop using the beef of Japanese Black cattle and the Imari breed in particular. The Fukuoka Parco shop allows one to enjoy a hamburger-centered menu. Each week the staff themselves go to procure Imari beef ensuring high quality and low prices. From 5pm they offer hamburgers and soft stew bowls, as well as premium Japanese Black steak. It is around a three-minute walk from either Nishitetsu Fukuoka Station or subway Kuko Line Tenjin Station.

    It isnt easy finding this restaurant as there is no English name on their sign board but you will recognise it from the queue signs (the name Kiwamiya appears on the queue sign in English). Look out...

    店内に入ると目に入るのはカウンターと、 テーブル席の大きなソファでした。 一般的にはダイニングバーになるのでしょうけど、 食事は正直特筆することはありません。 ワイワイ楽しく時間を過ごす印象でした。

    飲食ができるんでしょうが、夜遅く行ったのでお酒だけいただきました。暗さがちょうどよく雰囲気がとても良かったです。お酒の種類も豊富だし、金曜日ということもあってか満席で人気店なんだなと思いました。
