Here you can enjoy dishes like the Tsuruton-zanmai, smooth and firm udon noodles served in a broth with deep-fried tofu and tempura; mentai udon made with walleye pollack roe shipped direct from Hakata, and three flavor curry udon with beef tendon and breaded beef cutlet.
