    予約して初めて行きましたが、ビルについて店にどうやっていくんだろうと、一瞬考えてしまいました。店の中は満席で、予約必須なんでしょう。出てきた料理は美味しかったです。ワインが好きな人には愛される店でしょう。

    土曜日のランチに入店しました。 江戸切り蕎麦膳(1710円)と アンケート送信で無料サービスの スパークリングワインを注文しました。 お蕎麦は細切りでとても上品 レンコンの天ぷらのサクサク感が絶妙 鯖の棒寿司は、酸っぱめで とてもおいしかったです。 日本橋の眺望もうっとりでした。

    フォアグラのミルフィーユ仕立ては濃厚で酒のつまみによく合いました。ただ、お料理から感じられるべきお味以外のプラスアルファ的なものは無かったです。お店が盛況だったからなのか、こちらの期待が大きすぎたのか？ 本場とは違って全体的にポーションは小さめ。日本だからなのか？お値段は銀座プライスとすればこんなものかと。 食事中にどこかから漂ってきた煙草の臭いは残念でした。
