    A specialty dumping shop located in 5-Chome, Handayama, Higashi Ward, Hamamatsu City. They use Hamanako Sodachi-brand pork and 100% domestic vegetables, and they manufacture additive-free, organic dumplings in the adjacent plant. The dumplings are exquisite, with homemade dough and tare sauce or chili oil. They also sell take-out dumplings, so you can enjoy the shop flavor at home.

    Quite a variety of gyoza, many that I’ve never seen anywhere else. Everything was well prepared and presented and this is a fun place to visit. It is WAY to easy to order more than you can eat.

    浜松に来たので、久しぶりに行きました。ロシア料理店にはいろいろ行っていますが、ボルシチは、この店のものが一番美味しいと思います。コロナの影響か、２階の席でしたが、窓が一部開けられていたので、正直寒かったです。

The restaurant's menu consists solely of fried gyoza and raw gyoza to take home and cook yourself. The restaurant's gyoza are orthodox in appearance but are notable for the exhaustive attention to detail that is put into making them, from how the fillings are cut, to the water content of the cabbage, and even down to the stiffness of the pasta skins. In order to draw out depth of flavor, everything from preparation to gyoza forming is done by hand. The shop's original gyoza sauce and chili oil are also acclaimed.

    やみつき餃子と棒餃子を食べました 餃子定食はリーズナブルでチャーハンが美味しかったです 浜松餃子ではないので観光のかたは注意です 店員さんも親切で店内も綺麗でとてもよかったです 駐車場はないのでコインパーキングに止める必要がありますが近くにモータープールがあるので停めやすいと思います 徒歩の場合でも浜松駅から近いので行きやすいです
