Hamataro (Handayama Shop)

They use Hamanako Sodachi-brand pork and 100% domestic vegetables, and they manufacture additive-free, organic dumplings in the adjacent plant. The dumplings are exquisite, with homemade dough and tare sauce or chili oil. They also sell take-out dumplings, so you can enjoy the shop flavor at home.
