The restaurant's exquisite food, deemed Toh-Ten-Koh cuisine, consists of unique takes on Cantonese and Fujian dishes, styles particularly favored in Japan. Tokyo Skytree is visible from the restaurant towering beyond Shinobazu Pond, and the cityscape at night as seen from here is beautiful.

- A renowned beef tongue Japanese-style barbecue restaurant located in Sendai City. Legend has it that the original owner was the first chef in Sendai to make beef tongue barbecue. Most of the restaurant's menu selections are accordingly simple and served with mugimeshi boiled barley and rice. The tail soup, made by slow-stewing beef tail, is a secret yet highly popular dish the restaurant serves. This hearty dish is sure to satisfy.
