The restaurant’s signature creamy and flavorful soup broth is made by boiling two to three whole chickens as well as pork and chicken bones for three to four hours. The restaurant’s building is five stories tall. The fifth floor is the actual restaurant, offering customers a superb view. The second floor is a museum which presents the history of champon.     平戸和牛の焼肉丼を食べました。12時まで入店できなかったので、最初は驚きました。焼肉丼にはサラダ、柿、スープ、コーヒーがついてました。平戸和牛の焼肉が特別なタレに漬け込まれて、ご飯の上に乗ってきました。焼肉とご飯の間に焼き野菜が挟んでありました。とてもおいしかったです。

    掛念中國菜的遊客去夢彩都商場可以考慮這家餐廳，很少看到菜單有粥，當然也有一般中華料理的餐點。本來想吃炒青菜，最後吃蔬菜拉麵，朋友吃醬油拉麵。兩者麵條很像，都是幼幼的，湯頭不油膩，吃到滿滿的蔬菜很滿足。
