It is only an eight minute walk from Tobu Utsunomiya Station on the Tobu Utsunomiya Line.

    This gyoza pot sticker restaurant has been in business for over 50 years. A 10-minute walk from Tobu-Utsunomiya Station, the restaurant can be identified by its red sign and serves gyoza which are crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The vegetables used to make its gyoza fillings are all domestically grown. The gyoza skin's, on the thick side and fried in sesame oil, have a distinctive crunch. The restaurant's boiled gyoza, which can be enjoyed with soy sauce, vinegar, or rayu chili oil as you prefer, have a chewy texture the establishment takes great pride in. The restaurant's fried gyoza, cooked in an original, sesame-based oil blend, have a distinctive texture; try eating them like an Utsunomiya native with just some rock salt.

There are three areas with various shops that sell goods from Bali, Vietnam, Thailand, Nepal, India. In addition, the “Ubudo Restaurant” offers Bali cuisine, and the “Mekon Restaurant” offers Vietnam and Thai cuisine as well as drinks for takeout.

    写真を見て注文しましたが思った以上に量が多かったです。写真ではお皿からなんとなく量を想像したのですが、お皿がお盆のように大きかったからです。ミーゴレンはバリ島と違って甘口でちょっと残念でした。ファミリー向け？なので仕方ないのかも。最初にお金を払って注文します。

    This Western style restaurant was established in 1975. The interior was constructed to resemble an old European home, and classical music flows through the antique-like atmosphere. It has served the same six exquisite dishes since it opened, and all of them are served in Mashiko table ware. Their most popular dish is crab pilaf, with plenty of snow crab served in the shell. The meaty pork sauté mixed with their choice in-house sauce also gets rave reviews.

    団体で行ってバスの運転手がわかってくれたから入れたが、マイカーではナビがなければいけないところにあります。隠居さんが自分のために建てた家をレストランにしたものでびっくりしました。「杉並木御膳」というのを食べたが、なにせ宇都宮餃子を初めて食べたので驚きでした。こんな店が札幌にあっても面白いと思いました。
