The store is popular with a wide range of customers, including local university students, businessmen and families. The famous White Gyoza, with its garlic flavored filling wrapped in a thick layer of dough, is a soul food of Kanazawa. And, with the crisp crust and juicy meat filling, the dumplings pack a punch of flavor that goes extremely well with white rice.

金沢市柿木畠にあります、もう40年以上やられている中華の老舗です，ここの名物はレタスチャーハン，餃子それに五目あんかけラーメンも美味いです，何を食べてもうまいが少し値段が高いですね。

混雑しており、入店に待ったが、食事を開始すると店員さんが皆さん丁寧で対応が良かった。 難点は、駐車場が停めにくく、狭く、満車でもわかりにくいこと。
