    The Sato Yosuke Flagship shop was founded in 1860, controls every step of the process meticulously, from ingredient selection to shipping, and manages everything in-house for their Inaniwa Dried Udon. At the Flagship Store, not only can you try the shop's products on-site off their full menu, you can also watch the master makers at work on a tour of the factory. There is also an attached tourist information center and shop selling Akita specialties.

    佐藤養助さんは、都心に3店ある以外は、全て秋田県内に店舗があり(海外店舗は除く)、なかなか行けなかったんですが、今回は3連休を利用して秋田へ遠征！ 稲庭うどんは絶品！二味、3玉、天ぷら付きも、アッという間の完食！特にゴマだれツユが、ホント旨かった！紅葉にはまだ早かったけど、ドライブがてら来て正解でした。帰りにお土産も買いました。さて、今夜は温泉でゆっくりします。 ごちそうさまでした。

    かまたまめんたいを頂きました。テーブルのダシ醤油と一緒にたべたのですが、濃厚なあじわいではまっちゃいました。

    このエリアの「冷やがけ」の中では価格は高め。 石臼挽きの田舎蕎麦がウリですが、ツユも美味しい。 価格設定がもう少し安いと星5つなのですが、まぁよしとしましょう。 初めての羽後そばには向いていると思います。

    うどんと天婦羅を食べたくなったので、こちらのお店までドライブがてら行ってきました。南部屋敷と言えばやはり天婦羅。ざくざくカリカリ感がたまりません。

    稲庭うどんと言ったらという名店ですがこちらは天ぷら主体です。 今回は天丼をテークアウト自宅でいただきました。量は少し少ないかなという気もしましたが冷えても美味しい天ぷら。タレは別のせでお好みの量をかけます。上品なタレの味が天ぷらにマッチしました。

    地元では知らない人がいないほどの名店らしいです。接待などにも用いられるお店で、値段もそれなりに張ります。旅館の中に店舗がありますが、少し分かりにくいので、はやし旅館を目指して行くと良いでしょう。

    冷やしかけそばセットをいただきました。いかにも手作りの、ちょと太さが違うめんが、歯ごたえもあって香りもよく、おいしくいただきました。だしのきいた梅雨もなかなかでした。セットには小鉢が３つほどついてました。卵焼きは秋田の甘いのでした。

    お蕎麦屋さんですが、鍋焼きうどんが美味しかったです。お蕎麦は、トッピングが選べましたが、全部乗せがおすすめの様です。
