A coffee shop located inside Sanai-no-Oka Observatory Park. Offering a superb view of the beautiful rural landscape of Biei, the cafe is popular with cyclists. Inside, the warm and friendly coffee shop is decorated cottage-style. The cafe's food menu primarily consists of hamburg steaks, curry, hot dogs, and other light meals. Garden Praise also offers a full array of sweets like parfaits and cakes. The cafe also buys its coffee beans raw and roasts them on-site. You can also buy fresh roasted coffee beans to take home here.

Hokkaido Chitoseshi Osatsu 2

An authentic Italian gelato shop inside a berry farm sprawling to the north of Osatsu Station on the Chitose Line. The shop's gelato is characterized by its simple, delicious flavor which capitalizes on the ingredients used. The gelato is made with select Hokkaido milk and fresh cream as well as blueberries grown organically on the farm. Some of the shop's many other flavors include cacao and matcha green tea. Particularly recommended is the waffle gelato parfait, which comes with fresh, seasonal fruit. In winter, the shop also serves sweets made with gelato.

On days with good weather the windows are opened up, turning part of the restaurant into an open terrace area. The restaurant's menu primarily consists of hearty, American-sized hamburgers. The restaurant also offers a variety of yoshoku Japanese-style Western food dishes like hamburg steaks and taco rice. The restaurant has a kid's menu and children's pace, making it a great destination for families as well.

A cafe in a remodeled old Japanese home next to St. John's Church near the Mt. Hakodate Ropeway. Marutamagoya's flavorful deep red borscht is made with pork, beets and potatoes grown near Hakodate. The renowned piroshkies are characterized by their chewy, plump crust. There are several varieties, including meat and egg, and spicy tomato lamb. The Hokkaido sika dear meat and maitake mushroom piroshkies are particularly popular. The cafe also sells wool and artwork made in collaboration with local artists.

教会やお寺が集まる元町エリア。公会堂のあとに歩いて行けます。入口からかわいい小さなお店。焼きピロシキは種類に迷いましたが、エゾシカピロシキとロシアンティー。店内はロシアの雑貨が飾られてます。ウクライナのおばあちゃんのレシピとか。ロシア人もボルシチを食べに毎年来ているそうで、お見かけしました。お土産に、パルナスのステッカー買いました。ロシア旅行したほっこり気分。

運河のそばにあるオシャレカフェ。店内は女性客が多く、とてもモダンで素敵な雰囲気でした。注文したケーキも、まるでフランス料理のスイーツのように見た目も味も良かったです。

A store and light meal stand operated by the local Taniguchi Farm close to the west gate of the Asahiyama Zoo in Hokkaido. The farm makes its own products in its own factory using crop grown with a proprietary fertilizer, and visitors to this establishment can enjoy the farm's food on-site or purchase them to take home as souvenirs. The most popular light meal on the menu is the Asahikawa shoyu (soy sauce) ramen, made with noodles made from the farm's rice. The tomato curry, made with tomatoes grown on the farm, has a rich flavor that isn't very sour, ensuring that even children who hate tomatoes will enjoy it. The shop also sells exclusive giraffe and hippopotamus-themed goods for souvenirs. The stand is only open in summer.

ソフトクリーム350円、ミニソフト220円。牛乳の味が感じられるさわやかな甘さで本当に美味しかったです。暑かった日でしたが、さっぱりしているので食べた後も喉が乾くことなく涼しくなりました。

Coupled with background music like jazz and soul, it's a classy spot to take some time out. Guests enjoy coffee made from carefully roasted fresh beans and homemade sweets. The shop also serves lunch. One popular dish is the Indonesian favorite nasi goreng; its full-flavored sweetness mingles with spice.

This cafe is on the national road in Shiretoko. Spend a relaxing time while looking out on the Sea of Okhotsk from the glass-enclosed interior with its calm colors. Lunches come with their special sea urchin soup, and they have a cake set too. The bar hosts occasional live shows at night, and you can drink beer or whiskey while gazing out at the quiet night sea. In mid-winter the spectacular scenery of drift ice that reaches into the distance leaves an indelible impression of Hokkaido.

Great bay area view and awesome food. Loved their uni specialty dish. The flavours compliments the uni and enhancing its umami-ness. Didnt try this dish before.

Right next to the Sapporo Clock Tower, on clear days one can enjoy a cup of coffee on the terrace while listening to the chimes of the bell at this cafe. With the motto of providing 'the best coffee to enrich the soul,' they pride themselves in their raw beans that are discriminatingly selected for their flavor, roasted directly over a bincho charcoal flame, and then flannel-filter dripped served fresh. Offering an ample food menu as well, one can select a choice of ingredients for a real deli sandwich, or have a season torte or a softy cream made only from farm fresh delivered milk.

札幌時計台のすぐ横にあるカフェです。地下の吹抜けみたいな場所に面しているので、隠れ家的な感じで落ち着けるカフェです。コーヒーも美味しかったのですが、サイドメニューのケーキも美味しかったです！テラス席もあるので3密も回避できるので、いいカフェだと思います。

This is a pancake and hotcake restaurant near the Kutchan Station of the JR Hakodate line. The plain hotcakes wafting with the smell of butter are not overly sweet made to melt-in-your mouth perfection. All batter is made to order, so allergy sensitivities can be accommodated as well. The batter for the pancakes uses homemade low acidity Caspian yogurt, making them refreshingly doughy. There are both sweet pancakes such as the white pancake with a strawberry salty milk-topping, as well as more hardy meal-type pancakes such as the kimchi bacon cream sauce pancakes. They even offer baby pancakes, made especially for babies.

This farm restaurant is on the top of a hill in Tsurui with a wonderful view. You can see a peaceful view of the countryside from the charming store window. Sticking mostly to homemade items, they use plenty of cheese made at the adjoining cheese factory, everything collected from the restaurant fields, the Hishinuma Farm's Shiawase (happy) Milk, and local products from Tsurui Village. All of the menu items are colorfully vivid. One classic dish is the Milk Curry that comes with fresh salad and handmade naan. The generously used spices and the milk are exquisite. In addition, the pizza made from the crust and the Cabbage Chiffon Cake are also recommended.

This restaurant is nestled in the Niseko forest. The store is a white two-story building with 12 sides. The inside atrium is an airy space made bright from the entering sunshine. In the green area right next to the store is terrace seating surrounded by bricks. The canopy roof makes it feel like you are having a picnic. Lunch only has one item with a drink. It is a set menu that looks fun, and includes a sandwich in a vegetable basket and eight dishes lightly seasoned using locally grown vegetables. You can choose between smoked salmon and Philly cheese steak sandwiches.

This coffee shop in Sapporo City is famous among coffee lovers. Known for its many fans both in Japan and abroad, this branch is in a wooden kominka (old house) on a back alley. The interior, renovated by the owner to reflect the different atmospheres of the four season, is a comfortable space with antique furniture and household goods from the mid-20th century. Mori no Shizuku, which can only be drunk here, is highly recommended. You can enjoy a strong tasting cup of the owner's special satisfying coffee made from coffee beans roasted in-house and carefully nel drip brewed for a smooth taste that is both rich and deep.

This eatery in Biei-cho is located about a 10-minute walk from the JR Furano Line's Biei Station. This store has cute brown outside walls and can be easily found from the Volkswagen in front, and is a restaurant loved in Biei that has been featured in magazines. They use specially selected meat from Hokkaido. They also stick to using sauces with no additives and homemade dressings. Their Ebi Don shrimp rice bowl filled with crispy fried shrimp is highly recommended. The exquisite taste comes from the secret sauce of condensed umami savoriness. Takeout is available for their original Jun Dog, a piece of B-grade cuisine with fried shrimp wrapped in rice.

Name is Junpei. Friendly staff. Simple but fun and excellent Katsu curry which is why I liked it so much. Off the beaten track as it’s not in the centre but a few blocks away and worth the effort
