Located in one of the Fujimi Sankei (three best viewpoints of Mt. Fuji), this teahouse established in 1934 has long been popular as a spot to enjoy a landscape of Mt. Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi. Due to the teahouse's association with Dazai Osamu, its second floor serves as the Dazai Osamu Literary Memorial Room. Their hoto noodle hotpot featuring copious amounts of stewed vegetables and homemade noodles finished with locally-made miso paste was beloved by both Dazai Osamu and Ibuse Masuji.

This scenic terrace is located at the peak of Sun Meadows Kiyosato, the highest place in the Kiyosato area. The amazing views that it offers from an altitude of 1,900 meters are truly exhilarating. The terrace's luxurious and spacious sofas and tables makes their cafe's parfaits, gelatos, freshly-made coffee, and smoothies even more delicious.

This quiet and relaxed cafe and sundries shop just for adults on the shore of Lake Yamanaka lies off the beaten path. It offers items such as dried flowers and antique goods, as well as a selection of cakes which are also available as takeout. Children under the age of 10 years old are not welcome here.

They do not allow kids under 10, but they also do not allow takeaway of the apple pies. That’s ridiculous! So for those have kids under 10, NO Need to come if you want to try the apple pie!

A small café inside a remodeled old Japanese house. The café engages in community initiatives, including selling artwork by local artists and holding irregular exhibitions in the gallery on the second floor. The mild flavor of the café's coffee, made with water from Mt. Fuji, is particularly popular. The shop closes irregularly and is sometimes only open a few days a month, making it a good idea to check before visiting. The closest station is Gekkoji Station on the Fujikyuko Line.

Found this place on our return from climbing mount Fuji so after a little rest went back to have drink. This place may not be to every ones taste but for me was a boss little find to sit and relax...

Montagne is a cafe founded in 1958 and located on the ground floor of Mizugaki Sanso at the climbers' entrance to Mt. Mizugaki and Mt. Kinpu (designated as two of the 100 most famous mountains in Japan) in the city of Hokuto, Yamanashi Prefecture. Its hand-formed hamburgers and cheesecake are so popular that they often sell out, and also serves pasta, Shogayaki (pork stir-fried with ginger), spicy curry, and other favorites. In the summer, its seasonal menu features soft ice cream and ice cream floats. Its elegant, subdued atmosphere makes it a restful stopover on a long drive.

瑞牆山荘行きバスの終点にあり、瑞牆山・金峰山への登山口にあります。リゾート地のレストランのようなテラス付きの素敵な店です。料理も美味でした。サービスは山小屋風でぶっきらぼうの感想ですが、話しだすと親しみが湧くといったところでしょうか。11時からのランチにはオススメです。

This cafe is managed by the small Yamanashi sake brewery Yoro Shuzo, and is located in an old kominka house. It offers sake tasting, and has a full lunch and dinner menu. They offer reservations for meetings and clubs, and hold many unique events.

This wine cafe adjoining Kai Winery is located along Prefectural Route 34 in Enzanshimoozo, Koshu City. It uses eastern warehouses from the Edo period that have been recognized as tangible cultural assets to Japanese history. The menu offers all of the wines brewed by the winery, as well as snacks, lunch, coffee and homemade cakes. On top of a free winery tour, you can also enjoy wine tastings and shopping.

一人でもカップルでも楽しるカフェです。数種類のワインの他、軽食（ドリア、パスタ、ピザ等）やケーキを食べることができます。でも、量は少ないです(TдT)。ワインは、グラス（450円位〜）、ボトル（グラスの3倍の料金）があります。ワイナリー見学もできますが、かなり家庭的小規模なので10分もかかりません。駅からは徒歩15分位です。

This coffee bean and sweets shop located 4.4 kilometers from Katsunuma Interchange on the Chuo Expressway serves authentic home-roasted coffee. It is the sister shop to Cairn Coffee in Hakushu. It sells coffee beans roasted at the Hakushu flagship store. Its Honkawa blend, which is exclusive to this Ichinomiya shop, is popular for its gentle, well-rounded flavor. At the shop's cafe space, guests can enjoy hand-dripped coffee prepared with ground-to-order beans. The shop also offers popular sets that pair this coffee with chiffon cake and other homemade sweets.

石和周辺で、コーヒーを飲みたいと、スマホでヒットしたコーヒー専門店、周りは、昔ながらの大きな家が多い。昔、新宿歌舞伎町？に、岳人が集う”喫茶ケルン”があり、よく利用したがまだあるのかな。小生は、モカと、女房殿は、ケーキ付コヒーセットを注文す。珈琲専門店らしく、美味しいです。テラス席もあるが寒いので、中で過ごす。ケーキも売っており、女性には人気があるのだろう。再度，来たいですね。

This coffee shop is located along Prefectural Route 710 about a one-minute walk from the Yagisaki Koen bus stop or about a ten-minute drive from Kawaguchiko Interchange. The lodge-style shop is notable for its antique interior. In addition to light fare such as curry rice and spaghetti, the shop also offers many different varieties of toast. Their cooked-to-order homemade crepes are especially popular. Their banana and chocolate crepes, which are topped with plenty of chocolate, are the most popular. The shop also offers a full lineup of parfaits and other sweets. Their Milky Way parfaits feature Blue Hawaii syrup on vanilla, strawberry, and chocolate ice creams.

We initially wanted to try a cafe further down the road but it was closed. We then walked around and chanced upon this place and decided to give it a go as the pictures outside the shop looked nice...

This cafe is located a short distance north of Kawaguchiko Park about a three-minute drive from Fujiyoshida Interchange. The cafe has an attached art gallery where the works of painters and other artists are exhibited. Because items in the gallery's permanent collection are rotated out with new works on rolling basis, you can always look forward to seeing something new every time you visit. The gallery also holds various special exhibitions including exhibits by individual artists as well as themed exhibits. The cafe sells a wide variety of sweets including seasonal cakes as well as their Fujisan tarts, which feature apples and two varieties of sweet potato. Some items can even be ordered to go.

A cafe operating out of an old Japanese home located a five-minute drive from the Kawaguchiko Interchange and a 10-minute walk from Fujiyoshida Station. The cafe has a gallery which displays wood inlay work art available for sale and the owner can also read your palm. The home roasted specialty Kino coffee is also recommended. The establishment offers a full menu of other drinks, as well, from beer to kombucha tea. The cafe also has a rental space available. Priority for palm reading sessions is given to those who make an advance reservation and sessions can be extended if so desired. The establishment also accepts orders for portraits of your dog. Customers only interested in the cafe, palm reading, or the gallery are all welcome.

Along with a special blend unique to the Risonare location they also have a cappuccino made with fresh milk from the Yatsugatake Highlands. Along with enjoying your coffee in the shop they also sell beans in 100gram units that can be easily taken home.

リゾナーレ八ヶ岳・ピーマン通りの真ん中あたりにあるカフェです。ゴンドラの中でテレワークできる場所があり、子供が興味津々でした。コーヒーは濃いめの味で、すっきりした飲み口でした。

The cafe's homemade cheesecake is particularly popular, and the establishment also offers light meals such as original sandwiches. Providing a quiet place where people can relax in peace, from the cafe's windows, customers can watch the Koumi Line as it passes by. Small breed dogs are also allowed in the cafe.

Located approximately 10 minutes from the Chuo Expressway Sutama Interchange. This French confectioner is nestled away in the rich nature and sunlight of Akeno Town, Hokuto City. Everyday they offer around 15 different types of cakes made with local specialties and seasonal ingredients. Their Akeno sweet potato tart is highly recommended. The sweet and fluffy Akeno sweet potato and the crispy tart shell are irresistible. The shop also offers a cafe space allowing you to relax for a spell to enjoy a beverage and your cake.

モンブランを食べにきました。秋はこれを食べないと。モンブランはお持ち帰りが不可なので、店内でコーヒーと一緒にいただきました。サクサクのメレンゲの上にたっぷりの生クリームと栗ペーストここのモンブランがいちばん好きです。

This café and restaurant is located within “Moegi no Mura,” along Kiyosato Line in Kiyosato, Takanecho Town, Hokuto City. They offer western-style meals, bagel sandwiches, sweets and a variety of drinks, while the café shop corner sells food products and miscellaneous goods. You can bring your dog inside. As the name says, there is a merry-go-round, which you can ride for a charge.

小高い丘の上にあるレトロなメリーゴーラウンドが目印です。自家製ソーセージやベーコンを使用した料理、地元産野菜のサンドイッチなどを提供するカフェレストランです。店内にもペット同伴可で犬用の食事メニューもあるので愛犬家にはうれしい店です。昼時でしたが平日だったので静かにランチを楽しむことができました。
