    Located in one of the Fujimi Sankei (three best viewpoints of Mt. Fuji), this teahouse established in 1934 has long been popular as a spot to enjoy a landscape of Mt. Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi. Due to the teahouse's association with Dazai Osamu, its second floor serves as the Dazai Osamu Literary Memorial Room. Their hoto noodle hotpot featuring copious amounts of stewed vegetables and homemade noodles finished with locally-made miso paste was beloved by both Dazai Osamu and Ibuse Masuji.

The café engages in community initiatives, including selling artwork by local artists and holding irregular exhibitions in the gallery on the second floor. The mild flavor of the café's coffee, made with water from Mt. Fuji, is particularly popular. The shop closes irregularly and is sometimes only open a few days a month, making it a good idea to check before visiting. The closest station is Gekkoji Station on the Fujikyuko Line.

Its hand-formed hamburgers and cheesecake are so popular that they often sell out, and also serves pasta, Shogayaki (pork stir-fried with ginger), spicy curry, and other favorites. In the summer, its seasonal menu features soft ice cream and ice cream floats. Its elegant, subdued atmosphere makes it a restful stopover on a long drive.

At the shop's cafe space, guests can enjoy hand-dripped coffee prepared with ground-to-order beans. The shop also offers popular sets that pair this coffee with chiffon cake and other homemade sweets.

    This cafe is located about a five-minute walk from the Kinohana Bijutsukan bus stop or about a 15-minute drive from Kawaguchiko Interchange or Kawaguchiko Station. The Japanese style cafe is notable for being owned and operated by the comedian Kimimaro Ayanokoji. Its biggest appeals are a location that gives it an excellent view of Mt. Fuji and its antique interior. We recommend ordering their special Kimimaro tea and jingisukan (grilled mutton and vegetable) sets ahead of time as only a limited number is served each day. The cafe also offers a full range of Japanese sweets to enjoy with its tea. Herbal tea made with herbs cultivated by the cafe's chef is served all year long. One of the highlights of the cafe's premises is the golden statue of Hotei (Budai) that Ayanokoji donated to Kawaguchiko Town.

The lodge-style shop is notable for its antique interior. In addition to light fare such as curry rice and spaghetti, the shop also offers many different varieties of toast. Their cooked-to-order homemade crepes are especially popular. Their banana and chocolate crepes, which are topped with plenty of chocolate, are the most popular. The shop also offers a full lineup of parfaits and other sweets. Their Milky Way parfaits feature Blue Hawaii syrup on vanilla, strawberry, and chocolate ice creams.

    This cafe is located a short distance north of Kawaguchiko Park about a three-minute drive from Fujiyoshida Interchange. The cafe has an attached art gallery where the works of painters and other artists are exhibited. Because items in the gallery's permanent collection are rotated out with new works on rolling basis, you can always look forward to seeing something new every time you visit. The gallery also holds various special exhibitions including exhibits by individual artists as well as themed exhibits. The cafe sells a wide variety of sweets including seasonal cakes as well as their Fujisan tarts, which feature apples and two varieties of sweet potato. Some items can even be ordered to go.

Priority for palm reading sessions is given to those who make an advance reservation and sessions can be extended if so desired. The establishment also accepts orders for portraits of your dog. Customers only interested in the cafe, palm reading, or the gallery are all welcome.

Providing a quiet place where people can relax in peace, from the cafe's windows, customers can watch the Koumi Line as it passes by. Small breed dogs are also allowed in the cafe.
