Everyday they offer around 15 different types of cakes made with local specialties and seasonal ingredients. Their Akeno sweet potato tart is highly recommended. The sweet and fluffy Akeno sweet potato and the crispy tart shell are irresistible. The shop also offers a cafe space allowing you to relax for a spell to enjoy a beverage and your cake.

モンブランを食べにきました。秋はこれを食べないと。モンブランはお持ち帰りが不可なので、店内でコーヒーと一緒にいただきました。サクサクのメレンゲの上にたっぷりの生クリームと栗ペーストここのモンブランがいちばん好きです。

静かなところにあるケーキ屋さんです。モンブランがとても美味しいのですが、季節限定です。また、モンブランは、持ち帰れず、カフェですぐ頂きます。コーヒー、紅茶など、オーダーできます。山梨によく行く温泉があるので、その都度、寄ってお茶します。季節で、ケーキの種類がかわるので、楽しみです。ちなみに、ケーキを焼く奥さまのお父さまが建築家だそうで、建物も素敵です。

ツーリングの途中でお茶したくなって立ち寄りました。山中にある落ち着いた静かなケーキ屋さんです。美味しくて価格もリーズナブル、ドリンクもGoodでした♪
