    "The Yamanakako Public Library for the People's Creativity is located just a two-minute walk from the Bungaku no Mori Koen Mae bus stop and near the Lake Yamanaka Tourist Information Center. Only registered users may borrow books. In addition to a photocopying service that anyone may use within the limits of the law, the library also gives users advice on using computers and the internet. Its many programs include a children's story hour and having readers select books for literary prizes. It is also possible to check out ""good luck books,"" the content of which is not revealed until the user borrows it."
